Jackets were sized extremely small
Jackets were sized extremely small - none of them fit any of our staff. A 2XL barely fit a guy who is 6’, 170 lbs. We couldn’t do anything with the jackets and it was a total loss.

Terrible product, terrible customer service!
Trucker hat: Though it was adjustable, but it was still too small of a fit. Lower quality as well. Fleece hat: The quality of the hat was very nice. However, ThreadLogic embroidered my logo on the front of the hat. The threads went through to the inside of the hat. This created a very rough surface that made an abrasion on my forehead. When I called ThreadLogic, the first thing they told me was “we don’t offer refunds.” That was it, no other resolution was offered, basically ‘tough luck,’ bye!

Timothy, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your experience was less than exceptional. There is no way to avoid the backing of the embroidery on a hat. It has to be there in order for the embroidery to hold. The best alternative would be to choose a hat where the backing would not be in contact with your forehead, like a cuffed hat.

Took the easy route
We wanted a logo on adult-size small, medium, and large zipped sweatshirts. We asked that you max it out. The representative replied "I don’t recommend making the logo any bigger. Especially on Size Small and Medium sweatshirts. The logo, if increased will go into the armpit folds of the sweatshirts and go up into the upper shoulder. Making the logo look supper large and look awkward when embroidered." What she said was a complete lie. The logo ended up tiny and nowhere near the armpit. It just shows me that they did not want to rework the logo. They were right that it did look awkward because it was so small.

Terrible Quality, Unpleasant Customer Service Rep
Horrible customer service and poor quality. I ordered $130-some dollars worth of custom embroidered items from thread logic. After one wear and wash the 2 t-shirts I purchased were worn through with holes. After requesting a refund, I was told I needed to ship them back and I would receive a credit, not a refund. So not only was I expected to pay shipping for their defective product, but I could only get credit to buy more garbage. I will not be dealing with them in the future. Don't waste your time, visit a local shop that will be faster, cheaper, better quality, and better customer service.

WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE EMBROIDERY THIS TIME. THIS WAS A REORDER WHICH I WAS PLEASED THE FIRST TIME. HATS SEEMED STRETCHED WHERE LOGO WAS EMBROIDERED AND THREAD WAS SLOPPY FOR THE INCREASED PRICE. I DO NOT PLAN ON COMING BACK.

Poor quality
Poor quality, poor communication. It would be nice to hear back from the people if the design will not fit the merch well. Also lots of little imperfections around the sides.

The Hats Did Not Fit, Could Not Return
The hats did not fit. They were way too small. Even on the largest setting, they couldn't fit on people's heads (tried with 3 different people). Contacted customer service to see if we could do some sort of exchange. They said no.

The hat I received was very disappointing. It was a hat I would never wear. I hate flimsy hats. That's what I got. Unstructured and structures should be defined you you have a better understanding of what your getting. Thank you.

Paul, I'm sorry you are not happy with your purchase. The hat you chose is unstructured so it will be more flimsy. A structured hat is not as flimsy and will hold it's shape better.

Poor quality
Poor quality. I’m glad I just ordered one sweatshirt and one hat to test out, I would not order these again. Yes, quality of the hat and sweatshirt, just wasn't what I expected, as everything else I've ordered is a much higher quality item.

Very disappointed in the jacket I…
Very disappointed in the jacket I ordered. It was a lot lighter weight than I had anticipated. Plus, I didn't get the correct color. I ordered black and I received a grey with black herringbone pattern. When I ordered from the site it clearly doesn't show a herringbone pattern. (plus I received grey and not black....hmmm I was offered a discount off my next purchase, but I don't want to order again. This was not cheap and I'm afraid to order again and not get what I order or expect. Thanks Beverly

Beverly, so sorry your experience was less than exceptional. For the color, you did receive the color you ordered however I understand it was probably not the black color you expected. The supplier calls it black so therefore we use that naming convention as well.

The embroidery was of poor quality
The embroidery was of poor quality. The font was not sharp on all of the shirts and on some shirts, there was overstitching. Initially I like the quality of the material of the shirts but they will be tested with wear and wash.

The shirt that I received had rippled…
The shirt that I received had rippled embroidery. I contacted Thread Logic and they made a replacement shirt but the second had the same issue. It seams that it could be that the shirt it not ideal for embroidery. I wish that there would have been some warnings about the material of the shirt that it might not look good.
