Not a successful experience with Thread…
Not a successful experience with Thread Logic. Although the folks were nice, errors in communication meant long delays and mistakes in fulfilling my order meant half of my garments arrived with incorrect embroidery. I will go elsewhere for my next logo order.

Unacceptable puckering.
I went with thread logic even though they were more expensive than other retailers offering the same products in hope of high quality production. I spent several hundred of dollars on apperael and every shirt has excessive puckering, where the embroidery causes the fabric to wrinkle and bunch up. Unacceptable.

The shirt took longer than expected to arrive. Once we finally got the shirt, we did not like the quality nor did we like the embroidery that was done. The lines in our design were not straight.

Could not do my logo said there was too much detail and it would not look good so I found a local place and they did it with no problems.

Not what I expected
I figured I’d try out this company for our new company shirts and other apparel. The first bad mark was an email that was rude in response from the person coordinating my order. Answering with exclamation points in an email is rude. The quality of the shirt is less than desirable and is practically see-thru. It took longer to ship also. Probably won’t use them again

Embroidery quality is poor as are the Port Authority polos they offer. I will no longer order shirts through Thread Logic. This is the second substandard performance by a company who touts quality.

First experience...not a fan at all
First experience...not a fan at all. Pricey. Most of the sizes were off. Bunch of extra fees for everything. Customer service sucks. Better off using local vendor where you can see samples of the products and are happy to have you as a client.

Disappointed
When I called their number to work someone on our order, I was ushered to do it myself online. So I ordered via the website. Shirts came in and they are over-sized. Mediums fit like large/XL and Large fits like XL/XXL. The quality of the "nike dry-fit" is no better than a $5 polo from a box store. It's disappointing they even offer that to customers. I'm hesitant to shop with ThreadLogic again.

Unable to review quality as company…
Unable to review quality as company does not do small jobs. Even with overpriced shirts, charging $35 (per shirt) for that small job, and then another charge for a monogram. Person I spoke to acted like it was even a problem explaining the fees. Don't waste your time unless you are a large company with a big order, and beware even then.....they are way overpriced for everyday shirts.

Disappointing experience this time
This time around was a bit different than the first few orders. It may be because it was leading up to the holidays but the timing of getting my items made and delivery was not worth the expedited fee that I was paid. It seemed like that was a standard delivery time for Thread Logic because they give a big lead time to create the logos on items. Also the actual product, this time was fleece jackets for my crew, were disappointing. The sizes are not comparable to past orders and are really big. For example, I traditionally get items in a XX for myself but this time around the jacket is simply huge and not consistent with other jackets i've ordered. All the jackets were too large for the sizes I ordered, Really the Medium is Large and the Large is an XL etc. The thing that bothered me the most was that I ordered two trucker caps which had a 1 5/16" Logo when I specifically requested a 2" Logo on my last order and received. I went back and forth a couple times with my rep a Thread Logic but there was no give only that the size I received was the only size they offer. I even sent a photo of my original hat that I ordered and received along side the new cap that clearly had the smaller logo and nothing, no change. No apology, no offer to fix it or replace it, no well you have spent hundreds of dollars with us I'll send you a new cap, nothing. Total let down.

Just Ok
The actual embroidery design looks so-so, you can see the "yellow stitching outside of the black outline. On the proof, it look fine. Not the best quality, but was less expensive compared to other places. Jacket seems to run small.

Shirts for work
I ordered shirts for work, paying through the nose because it was only two shirts so there was a small batch fee. Two shirts with a small insignia over the left breast coat me $100. But ok, I was aware I’d have to pay it. They were not able to print words on my logo stating the text was too small, even though many others at work didn’t have this issue when using other companies. Also, in my order I stated that the thread color had to be silver. When I received my order, the logo was gold so I contacted them to make the situation right. They said the logo I provided them “looked gold” and they offered to waive the small batch fee but I’d have to pay for the new shirts. This was unacceptable so I complained and they eventually gave in and sent me the correct order, but it took over a month to get them! They challenged me back and forth on emails, were not friendly, and didn’t seem to want to make it right until I wouldn’t give in. The shirts were decent quality in the end but the ordeal and aggravation was not worth it.

Way too slow for such a small order
Way too slow for such a small order. You need to improve your lean approach—you would save a lot of money in reduced inventory.

Mediocrity and Excuses
Great customer service until there was issues. One product was demaged and the shipment was delayed. No expedited shipping because of a mistake on their end. Then upon receiving the items there was an issue with one embroidery. I was told essentially to expect variants in the embroidery and this was the best they could do. So hopefully they get better, because this is not a good business model.

Although the order experience was easy and it was shipped on time, the workmanship was extremely poor and the lettering was almost indistinguishable.

Needs improvements
They do a decent job printing, but customer service was lacking. Need to update your website with the proper address. Also, you should preview your work for approval before final print. That way the customer can be sure they are satisfied. There is also no way to contact the business by phone because there is only one person answering the calls for the entire company. I would look elsewhere.
