Our initial contact, Faith, was very pleasant and helpful. However the entire process took an extremely long time from our initial order to receiving a proof. Process was confusing at times as well. Perhaps it was just because our order was small.

CUSTOMER SERVICE (EMAIL & PHONE CALLS) ARE OK, HOWEVER, THEY ARE WRITING CHECKS THEIR MOUTHS CANNOT CASH..... POOR, VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE AS FAR AS "TIME" OF SHIPMENT AND OREDER READINESS ARE SPOKE OF ...... I GAVE THEM A SMALL OREDER 8-SHIRTS (2ND ORDER) AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS AND I HAVE YET HAD MY ORDER DELIVERED.... I WILL NEVER, NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THREAD LOGIC AGAIN.... Super disappointing
I had to cancel my order becuase, unbelievably, they don't have their own inventory of the clothing items on their website. They had to order my jackets from the supplier after I had placed my order, and, of course, there was a delay from the supplier and I wasn't going to get my products on time. Super disappointing.

I've placed several orders with Thread Logic, each time the address was entered incorrectly. I have the confirmation when I placed the order and it shows the correct address. However, when the address is entered for UPS delivery the person entering it does so incorrectly. I've had to take time out of my day for each delivery to pick it up at the local UPS delivery station.

They shipped my order to the wrong address I needed it by 6/23 and it didn't show up until 6/26. They charged me a $30.00 small order fee and a $75.00 rush fee. They shirt that I ordered was a small not an XL . I asked just for a replacement shirt and I would have been happy. They blamed me for all the mistakes saying I didn't check the order the second time when they had delivered to me before and to the correct address. So I felt I paid them $105.00 additional dollars more than the items ordered. I only requested a replacement shirt instead they wanted to give me 30% off the shirt which added up to $10.57. I felt from a customer service perspective this was unfair and subsequently they lost more potential business from me. I know this won't do anything but I just felt it was all about the money no customer service.

It is much more expensive
It is much more expensive, I have been a faithful customer for years, but the additional fees make it not worth the hassle. For this price I can get it done in town, not pay shipping or the additional $30.00 up charge. So this will be our last order. Thank you

No Fit, No Return
Ordered several ladies shirts with our logo, using the sizing chart provided on the website. Shirts were way too small. We were told by customer service that refunds and exchanges are not offered on custom embroidered merchandise, regardless of the reason. We'll be using corporatecasuals.com from now on.

I was really happy ordering from this …
I was really happy ordering from this company, until my last order. Now they added a $30 small processing fee. That doesn't work for me, i already paid a lot in shipping.. i know it doesn't cost what i paid to ship, and now $30 more, which prices me out of the market. Sad that you are doing this to customers :(

Waste of money
We ordered over $300 worth of shirts and all the shirt sizes ran small. I tried to see if they could replace the dress shirts since it was a 4xl and no one else on our team is even close in size. However when I tried to replace them I was told "we cannot accept them back". I'm just very upset they claim "100% satisfaction guaranteed" yet i'm far from it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
