Review proof closely before accepting... trust me
Thread logic has excellent pricing for embroidered products. The customer service is 50/50, with kindness and rudeness. They will not go over and beyond for you; what you see in your proof is what you will get. One of the letters on a hat I ordered looked like a smush "e," but the rest of the lettering on the hat was fine, but once you approve your proof, they will use that against you if you are not happy with the quality of your work, which results in having to pay a new order fee and some waived charges. Customer Service gave me a partial refund of the extra cost of word placement. The 2 star rating reflect the poor word quality with the letter "e" and customer service agreement.

Service was good but quality of some of…
Service was good but quality of some of the clothing was not as good as it had been in the past. Recent order we had one District hoodie had a small whole in the material, one Gildan t-shirt wore once, wash once and the thread came unraveled at the bottom, one Edwards long shelve shirt had several broken threads that was unraveled. Very disappointed.

The last two times I have ordered on…
The last two times I have ordered on the women's tee's the quality of the tee is awful. The\y run very small. - like jr sizes and I have given my personal shirts to our agents that they might fit. I am going to search for a local service but appreciate all that you have done through the years.

Attempted to Charge for Proof Changes
Attempted to Charge for Changes We sent in a logo for embroidery, and did not like how the proof came out and suggested a change. Was told that to set that up it'd be an extra fee. What is the point of a proof if not to make adjustments? We don't own embroidery equipment nor digitalization programs to see how it might possibly be interpreted into stitching, how were we to know?

The shirt I wanted is out of stock
I ordered 3 shirts with the same embroidery so I could determine the best look, fabric and fit between the 3 of them. One of the shirts was far better but the embroidery did not look the best in person vs. the screen image. I asked to change the embroidery and have it placed on the shirt I wanted. This style happened to be out of stock at that time, so now I've spent $45 a shirt including shipping and set up charges with no way of getting the shirt I wanted. When I asked when the shirt will be back in stock the customer service rep said that she has no way of knowing this. Now it's up to me to keep calling to find out when the shirt is back in stock? This does not make sense to me and I don't think it's asking too much to be notified when it's in so I can take the next step in redoing the embroidery and ordering the 40 or so shirts we need. I hope you Thread Logic can still help me with this?

Unfortunate
We attempted to order for quite a few weeks and kept having issues with shirts no longer available that were still displayed on the website! The order would be approved only to receive an email weeks later saying items were either no longer available, out of stock, discontinued etc.... I have used thread logic in the past with other ministries I was involved with and was very satisfied, so I was really disappointed when I had these issues. The last person I dealt with via email was pretty short and not very kind, I had to continue to pursue her to find out whether or not my order was in process or being shipped etc...Lastly the shirts I did receive ran very small and are embroidered so we're kinda stuck with them, I need to reorder a couple of shirts but I am reluctant because of the enormous small order fee and the issues I had, sorry I was very hopeful!

Robert, I am sorry your experience with us was less than exceptional. We are doing our best to represent acurate information on our site that reflects current inventory levels of product. It is very difficult as they change by the hour and we haven't always been able to react as quickly as they change. We expect supply chain issues to last well within 2022 and maybe longer. We are putting new technology in place to help with this issue.

Not Impressed - Won't Order Again
Ordered two polos (black and white). The responsiveness from your company took at least a day where other companies were same day response. I received my order. The stitching and quality was subpar. The white polo looks so ridiculous with the white backing behind the logo easily seen through the shirt. I wasn't given any instructions on if I could cut out the backing or not. But even if I could, I don't know what I'm doing and I don't want to ruin the stitching. So, I have a white polo that I really can't wear because of how stupid it looks. The black polo is better, but the stitching on both isn't anything to be proud of. I showed it to another embroiderer who shook his head and said the work hurts his eyes to look at. Admittedly, my logo is intricate and has small lines, but I'd rather a company be honest with me about how difficult it will be to look crisp and sharp than take my money and give me what I got. You get 2 starts instead of 1 because the logo is okay, not terrible, but certainly not impressive.

Brian, I'm sorry your expereince with us was less than exceptional. The backing is not something that can be removed without damaging the embroidery. It is needed to hold the embroidery in place on polo shirts. White shirts can be tricky in that the backing can show through on some. Did the proof of the embroidered logo that you approved look different from what was actually on the shirts? We will research your logo and happy refund your money if you are not happy with the embroidery. We do that for all customers.

Quality was good
Quality was good. the placement of our logo was in a weird location. We bought the polos and the logo was above the pocket, It should have been on the other side making the shirt more uniform/symmetrical. Also, it took 45 days from purchase to receiving. Far to long for 6 shorts.

Taylor, I'm sorry your experience with us was less than exceptional. We almost always embroider logos above the pocket on polos with pockets. We only do them on the right chest when customers request that placement-which is very rare. According to our records your order was placed on April 15 and shipped on May 5 and delivered on May 11.

Consistant mistakes
Thread Logic does not seem to be able to get my orders correct. I've spent quite a bit of money, over $1000 and product keeps showing up wrong or after 2-3 weeks I'm told they are out. Not a good way to run a business.

When we do, if you could provide a picture or two of the shirts and logo that would be very helpful. Jeff, please accept our apoligies for not getting your order perfect. It doesn't happen for often but it does happen. Inventories are very challenging right now. Everything is changing on a daily basis not just for us but the whole economy. If you feel the need to find another vendor, I completely understand. We appreicate the opportunith.

I'm working on getting work clothing…
I'm working on getting work clothing with my companies name and logo on them. I ordered 2 jackets. These logos turned out great and look sharp. But on my hats I explained I wanted to make sure the logos would be identical and they promised it would be. Except on the hats the name is hard to read and the logo looks horrible. And for these 2 jackets and 4 hats I spent over 300 bucks. They refunded my money on the hats which I guess.to.them is "fixing the issue" I would have given them 4 or 5 stars if instead of just giving up and leaving a customer unhappy with work out there of threadlogics that if a potential customer saw they'd find another place to.get their work done at, they should have said "what can we do to make this work and be the quality you'd MORE than expect for a $300+ order.

Keith, I'm sorry your experience with us was less than spectacular. This issue with your order was the fact that your logo would not embroider well on a hat. Many of the small details would get lost and you would not be happy with the result. That was going to be espeically true because you wanted the logo in the lower left corner of the hat. You are correct, we probably did not do a good job in communicating an alternative for you. That alternative probably would have been just doing the name of your company without the graphic. But it appears we did not give you that option. I apologize for that oversight.

Takes so long to receive
Hard to see the different descriptions of products. Customer service is horrible and it takes a long time for to receive your order. I was never updated on when my ordered would be ready and have waited up to 6-7 weeks to get an order completed.

Employees refuse to wear the shirts in the Florida climate because they are too hot. May be able to wear them next winter. Bought them because site said good for heat areas I thought.
