I'm very sorry your experience with us was less than expected. Like many other industries, we are dealing with serious supply chain issues. Inventories at our suppliers are changing daily making it very difficult to keep up.

I've been asked to review the company without even receiving my purchase. It's also ridiculous you can't purchase samples to review a product before making a larger purchase.

I highly recommend staying away from…
I highly recommend staying away from this company for your apparel needs. Seriously, they are incredibly misleading and fail to meet deadlines, and fail to even accommodate. Let's take a look at the experience I've had. 1. Go through a horrible online interface of trying to order just four hats. 2. They claim 10 day turnaround, I purchase and get a 24 day turnaround notice. 3. Then, they say I have to manually approve the work days after I made the order. 4. Then, days later I get another email saying I never approved it, but it's just a breakdown of communication on their end. Again delaying the process. 5. Then, finally 2 days before their supposed turnaround I get an email saying they don't have them in stock until May and that I should swap out my black hats for red hats... What in the world is going on at this company? Edit; with a response of “10 business days” they still failed to meet what they advertise coming in at 12 days before they even notified me they were out of stock.

I have been very disappointed with this…
I have been very disappointed with this company. I order one custom logo hat for my dad on 12/4 and as of today 2/2 he has not received it. The estimated delivery day was 12/28. I did not receive a verification email until atleast a week after the order. I had to email the company and ask them what was going on. I got assigned a customer support specialist who manages the changes. We went back and forth to get the logo right. Throughout that process she was slightly rude and condescending. When I emailed her to approve the final proof, she didn’t email me back. It took over two weeks and a second email from me to get her to respond. It’s almost like she went on vacation for the holiday and ignored my email before hand or she forgot to set up an out of office so all her clients got forgotten. The worst part is how much effort I had to put in to communicate with this company. Maybe the hat will look good. I don’t know it’s been 2 month and I haven’t seen it.

Shannan, I sorry your experience with us was less than spectacular. It looks like Faith reached out to you numerous times with quesitons about your logo. It does not transfer to embroidery well and we were not comfortable making any changes to it without your approval. The last three emails she sent were on 10/27, one day after your order was placed, 11/17 and 12/8. Since there was no response from you the order was cancelled. Your card was not charged anything.

Disappointed
Disappointed, they claim to not charge for embroidery but then they come back and say graphic problems with new charges. Not flexible at all. Ordered items weeks ago for Christmas but now they stalled me so we will not be able to get them here in time. Never again

I placed an order for 4 vests September…
I placed an order for 4 vests September 13th. It is now October 15th. 2020 I tracked the order and they tried to ship it last week to our billing P.O. Box. UPS returned the package to thread Logic. It was a $306 order and the only thing I have received for them in over a month is a request for a review.

Cedric, we are sorry your experiece was less than fantastic. As you know, UPS lost your package. That is really rare, but it does happen. We have agreed to replace your entire order for you at no cost. You should be seeing it very soon. The request for a review is independent of our internal system and we don't edit who gets a reveiw and who doesn't. That would compromise the integrity of the review.

Product delivered with logo on wrong…
Product delivered with logo on wrong side after instructing on multiple occasions to make sure of proper placement. Then to add to my frustration they would not correct or send items with proper placement until I shipped back defective product. Terrible customer service.

Thread Logic's online ordering system…
Thread Logic's online ordering system is greatly lacking. No where does it tell you that you can upload only ONE logo even though is appears you can upload multiple. You will only be given ONE proof, so if you are expecting a different color logo on part of the order that you believed uploaded to their system, you are expected to be psychic and know to tell them to provide you a second proof. If you don't, Lori will blame you for the screw up and tell you to re-order. Horrible customer service! Don't order from this company!

Not worth it at all don’t waste your money
They did half the job I requested and didn’t even address what I asked to put on the back of the shirt! I just thought when I approved it that the girl who helped me was going to do what I requested but when I got the shirt nothing was on the back of it like I put in the description! Paid way way too much for this shirt and not up to par at all! Oh well you live and you learn! Per her email it was ambiguous when she wrote: Hi Rose, Thank you for sending the notes for the order. The Left chest logo, we have a size limit of 4” total. However, That will make that logo huge and cover the hole left chest. My recommendation would be to make the logo about 3” total with the image and text. As for the back, we don’t do full back logos. The maximum logo we do is 4”. Let me know how you would like to proceed. So tell me if that second to the last line isn’t ambiguous??? We don’t do full back logos, maximum logo is 4 inches??? I mean what was she referring to??? How can I understand that? It wasn’t clear to me I would have cancelled it but when I read that response it seemed like it was max 4” or was she just reiterating the front one??? Maybe she should be more clear when emailing! Thanks, Rose

Rose, I apologize for the confusion and your frustration. In an email to you dated July 21, 2020 Mary cleared stated that we do not embroider images on the backs of shirts. At that point you could have cancelled the order and we would have provided you a full refund. No change was made by you after approving a proof of the embroidery so we went ahead with the order minus the back embroidery.

We had uploaded a new logo for our order and by default they used our previous logo instead as default. The product wasn’t bad I just ended up with $700 worth of sweatshirts that weren’t what I ordered. Disappointed this wasn’t caught in the email they sent as I figured there weren’t any changes that needed to be made.

HUGE Delays, Inexperienced Team, Bait & Switch, etc...
1) It took 6 days of going back and forth about the logo files because Thread Logic (TL) can't accept/doesn't know how to work with a vector file- which is industry standard. 2) Only after those 5 days of back-and-forth did they finally inform that because I had 2 different logos it would now be an additional fee- something that is misleading on their website as it's in the fine print, below the fold, at the bottom of the item description pages (hard to find and not mentioned/easily found anywhere else). At this point I just told them to use the same logo on both shirts. 3) They took another day to then ask me for the 2nd logo that I JUST said I didn't want anymore after the bait and switch for additional fees. (i.e. didn't even read/care about my email and wasted another day). 4) They took another day to simply read that email and send the confirmation email. 5) They took another 4 days to get out the art proofs- which they altered for some reason (adding a black "hole" at the bottom of a flagstick in a golf logo that was never in the original artwork)- of which I just reluctantly accepted because who knows how long it would take TL to process and re-send a proof- it had been nearly 3 weeks at this point. 6) And finally... they shipped a day later than the already pushed-back ship date from the previous delays. All in all, a very frustrating and time-consuming experience. Not recommended for industry professionals.

Logo is wrong color - Horrible Customer Service
Logo is wrong color. They do not have a large variety of fonts to work with. This is not really a custom embroidery place. Shirt is as ordered. After speaking with the company following the issue, I was told that its too much to focus on helping with the logo, font, color on the front end. This may be a great company for large businesses, but horrible for small businesses. AVOID at all cost!

Look elsewhere for "complex" designs or orders.
I placed an order with threadlogic almost a month ago. I had ordered 13 hats with varying color threads and Logo locations. Threadlogic accepted the order, sent me proofs, and when I was not satisfied with those proofs they told me that they had already spent a lot of time on my design and that if I wanted them done to my satisfaction I should go somewhere else. They were extremely slow to respond to emails, and apparently do not even read my responses. They sat on my order for 21 days before telling me it was too complex, when the website mentions a ten day turn around.
