Just STUNNING!!!
My ring is stunning and definitely a conversation starter. Though well made, the corners of the setting is a bit sharp, but I’m hoping that with time it will smooth out. I did remember seeing that if I spent over a certain amount I will get a free pair of lab diamond earrings but I never got it, not sure if I did something wrong when ordering. Adi was also very helpful during this process and never rushed or pressured me into getting something I did not want. We plan to order my wedding band in the near future and I wouldn’t even think twice about placing my order at AOJ. I wish there were more jewelry options for necklaces and tennis bracelets but I’m sure that will come with time. Can you guys recommend where in south FL I could take my ring to get cleaned every 6 months?

Jeweler for life!!
They were SO easy to work with and very communicative. Made sure everything was taken care of with great customer service. Fantastic prices and the ring is gorgeous, my now fiancé loves her ring so much she won’t take it off! The pictures on their website don’t do the actual rings justice. My ring didn’t come with a wedding band to match but I called and they are making a custom matching wedding band to match the engagement ring and it’s absolutely beautiful.I will definitely come back if I plan on getting more jewelry.

Had to send ring back and still wasn't right
The initial ring they went was very crooked on the setting so I had to send it back. The second time they sent the ring, the basket of the ring is disfigured on one side. I sent a chat and then was told to send an email. We called and they said they'd answer by 2 PM and there was no reply in my inbox. If I could do it again, I'd just buy the diamond from here and get it set locally. It seems like there is very poor quality control from The Art of Jewels.

Yes, you are correct about the crooked basket and we immediately accepted responsibility for the issue as it occurred during shipping, although rare it is certainly not the level of quality we aim for, so we immediately sent you a FedEx return label and fixed the setting the same day it was received. Upon your receiving the ring, you sent us a chat message with a concern regarding a different issue, which we were happy to assist with, In order to rectify the situation, we needed information and pictures via email since we cannot retrieve them via chat to understand what was wrong. Rest assured, we are/were fully committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction and have already tried reaching out to you by phone, and sent an email today to request the best number to reach you directly, as we spoke with your fiancé around noon. Our goal was to connect with you as soon as possible to discuss the specific issues and meet your expectations. As always, the trust of our customers is important to us, and we are dedicated to ensuring you receive a high-quality product that meets your standards. Your piece was a custom handcrafted two-tone yellow gold with a platinum prong setting. The yellow gold and platinum pieces are cast separately and then the designer must put the two pieces together. The Art of Jewels does have an exceptional quality control team as you can see from our many reviews. The team looked at the repaired ring prior to it being shipped and it passed our extensive quality control. Any returns, exchanges, or repairs must take place via email as we need the images of the item so we can attach the photos to your file and share them with quality control in preparation for the product arriving for repair. When we spoke on the phone we stated someone would get back within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the team still had questions as they could not find any issues in the images and needed clarification. It's true, the team was not able to return the call until an hour and a half later and apologized for running a little behind, but wanted to be able to respond to you the same day and did. Despite the minor difference in time, we have always stated that we would repair the setting if there was an issue and wanted to ensure your satisfaction. We have communicated with you both extensively throughout the short process, and after speaking with you and your fiancé this evening, we offered you a full refund, which you have opted to accept. Actually, we were not even aware that a negative review had been made and were notified at nearly 4:47 p.m. PST. Please know that while things like a crooked setting are extremely rare, we are committed to satisfaction and are sorry that we were not allowed the opportunity to work with you to correct the matter. That being said, we are always eager to work with you to make this right and apologize for not meeting expectations this time, as our reputation generally speaks for itself. Once again, congratulations on your engagement, and we wish you both a lifetime filled with love and happiness.

I would absolutely recommend The Art of Jewels for purchasing a lab created diamond. I designed my ring since I am already married and did a lot of research prior to its purchase. Their prices were the best of any provider by far and their inventory, especially for GIA-certified diamonds, was the most extensive. Additionally, they have the most setting options so you are sure to find something you like! Customer service was helpful when I had questions and the chat was available all hours. I previously spent $20k on my first natural-diamond engagement ring. My current ring from The Art of Jewels cost roughly 1/4 of the price and the diamond is 2 carats larger. I absolutely love it. Shipping was fast and tracking was available every step of the way. I would definitely purchase from here again!

Praiseworthy Customer Service Experience
While I haven't yet received my new ring and earrings, because there were issues on FedEx's side that resulted in a several-day shipping delay ... Adi, Lisa, and Anna's customer service has been superb throughout every step of this process ... from the selection of stones, settings, the ordering process, sending CAD drawings, and videos of the completed ring, as well as the time and effort put into assisting with the issues with FedEx.
