Incredible quality and price comparison tool

Received my Dream Ring!
Received my 3 carat oval diamond ring in a hidden halo setting a couple of weeks ago and I could not be happier. It is absolutely stunning! I spent a couple of years researching before making my purchase. The Art of Jewels always had the best pricing. And now that I have my ring I know they do not sacrifice quality. 1000% recommend AOJ!! Best prices for lab diamonds of all the places I looked. I love that many of the stones are also on other sites but much less expensive at Art of Jewels. I got one diamond and decided to upgrade it to a better color grade and slightly larger size and it was super easy and painless. They are very helpful via the chat on the site and also on their instagram page. I have already recommended them to multiple friends and anyone who sees my gorgeous ring. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY
After posting this review on trust pilot, they got back to me. They constantly change customer service associate so it's very tedious to explain everyone the same thing over and over again. Not ONCE did they ask me for a picture of the ring, they just kept saying it was an inclusion. On Friday January 12th I received a phone call from Dawn who was apparently really nice and helpful. We had agreed I'd send an email with the ring my sister would like to exchange. Long story short ny sister didn't know this so she tried calling them, to see what was going on. Shocker; they were rude to her. Now Dawn sends me on the 13th an email to say basically that my sister was rude and they won't do an exchange. What kind of professionalism is that? Very important NOTE: on Friday she assured me it was an inclusion on the gem; after fighting over the phone on Saturday I gave up and told her I wanted a refund. She said "yes, we will send a shipping label so you can send back the ring" I said "what are you talking about? I sent the ring and according to fedex you received it on Monday, so you're telling me you haven't even seen the ring/didn't know it had been received and still assured me it was an inclusion?" to what she then realized that she was caught in a lie and said "of course I haven't seen it, I have a team for that" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY IN THIS STORE. There are so many more options out there. Shame on you.

We wanted to address the recent exchange regarding your purchase of $416.50 - 14K Yellow Gold Shayna Organic Green Round Rustic Emerald Diamond Ring (Center - 0.31 Carat) and clarify the situation for your understanding. First, we received an email after you placed your order asking that we do not include an appraisal or invoice in the package as it was a gift. These documents were only sent to you via email, as you requested. Second, as the description suggests, this is an ‘Organic’ and ‘Rustic’ Natural Emerald. This means that the emerald is in its natural form, untreated and unheated, and will have natural inclusions visible to the naked eye. This is why photos and videos of the rings are on our website for complete transparency. Upon reviewing our interactions, it is important to highlight that our team has consistently aimed to provide the best possible service. Our records show that we immediately responded to your inquiry, acknowledging the inclusion of the natural emerald. We did not need to see the emerald again to tell you there was an inclusion because it is a natural, organic stone, and we could see it clearly from our videos on our website. We offered a refund from the beginning, considering the unique nature of the one-of-a-kind piece. The inclusion was communicated, and our team's expertise confirmed it was not a scratch. Despite our efforts to communicate that, we encountered multiple challenges, particularly with your sister, who argued repeatedly it was a scratch. We appreciate that she works in customer service for a jewelry store, but distinguishing between an inclusion and a scratch is critical in gemology. Our team, trained to recognize these nuances, reiterated the nature of the inclusion. We have always been open to offering assistance, wondering how we did not provide that by offering a refund from the beginning, as we had done. After offering the refund, we also offered an exchange to accommodate your preferences. Following this discussion, your sister contacted our customer service team again and yelled at them for discussing the ring with you, the customer. Our team ended the call abruptly, asking her to contact you. It is essential also to note the multiple demeaning and cultural attacks you made towards our staff members and another conversation was enough to send one team member into tears. We had so many different team members communicate with you and your sister because there was continued belittling treatment towards our staff, who simply offered a refund and explained that the product was a natural organic stone and was untreated and unheated. Our commitment to providing exceptional customer service includes fostering a positive environment for our staff. Therefore, we concluded that a refund would be the most appropriate course of action, and we ultimately chose to end the relationship. The decision to prioritize the well-being of our team was made after that final phone call. Once again, the decision to terminate further exchanges is not a reflection on you, just on the communication, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding of our position. Please know that while we have the right not to do business with you, which is what we have unfortunately chosen to do, we genuinely hope that you can find the perfect ring for your sister from another jeweler. We apologize for any distress caused and sincerely hope this resolution satisfies you, as you will receive a full refund, which we offered from the beginning. CREATE A RELATIONSHIP W YOUR JEWELER
Adi and AOJ have the absolute best selection of stones that we have found, with the best price. We ended up going with an emerald cut, lab-created diamond from AOJ, with one of their settings. Tracking the order was simple, and when we called to check on the ship date, Adi offered to upgrade our shipping on the house. The ring was just received yesterday, and after careful consideration, the setting wasn't quite what I wanted. My fiancee called Adi, who immediately said we could get it changed out-- no problem. I looked through their selection, and with a little research on my own, picked out a setting I believe will make this ring feel more like "me" than I ever could've imagined. The stone itself is absolutely gorgeous, and everything I liked about it from the website, rings true in person. I've added a photo of the original ring, and will update once the new setting is achieved. So far, I 100% recommend AOJ and their team!!

I was skeptical…until I called Adi.
This prompt asks that I submit and honest review. Well, honestly I was rather skeptical about The Art of Jewels and getting exactly what I was trying to order. My order was for a very high grade engagement ring as well as a huge high grade diamond to an anniversary ring. We are talking about a lot of money. So, I called the company and Adi answered the phone. He quickly found my orders and assured me that I would be pleased, he actually guaranteed it. At the end of our conversation I was quite impressed. Over the following 2 weeks I had several questions and concerns…all of which he, or his staff answered promptly and directly. My orders shipped earlier than expected. I am estactic with both the quality of the diamonds and the service I’ve received! Unbelievable quality!

The diamond on top was not centered and off by a hair line. I paid money for quality and didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning etc but I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
