The ring was exactly as expected
The ring was exactly as expected. The only issue was that I was unaware that someone over 21 years old would have to be home to sign for the ring, so I had to drive to Fedex facility to pick it up.

40% off competitors and ring arrived perfect
Typically, I don't write reviews. However, the experience I had during this emotional purchase was great, the ring came with no issues. I was utilizing the "Order Status" button about 4/5 times a day since I've been so nervous about some of the reviews I saw online about the settings coming in crooked. My free diamond studded necklace came in at the same time with my order which was nice, because other reviews mentioned they came separately. I thankfully, didn't have to call anyone or deal with a live person (because there was no issues), but the information on their website made me feel better about not having someone involved, not many photos of the diamond and unsure on the possible outcomes. Overall, very happy with my purchase and I know my Fiancé will love it. Ultimately, they had the exact diamond I was looking for at 40% off of other online wholesalers, in addition to their recent presidents sale I pulled trigger a lot quicker than I originally was planning on due to the price.

True quality!!
I had the ring I bought appraised for insurance purposes and if appraised for 5 times what I bought it for. I wish they had counseled me on the setting I chose because if will have to be reset for safety reasons but the ring is gorgeous and the stone true quality. I absolutely intend to purchase several more pieces from this company.

Art of Jewels had an amazing website and search process that made it simple to find the perfect ring for a very reasonable price! It was a flawless process. The only problem I had was with delivery, and I blame that more on the mail service than anything else. But I do think that Art of Jewels could have a better system for customer support in that realm. All in all, a wonderful experience and I will definitely be using Art of Jewels again!

Like Diamonds in the Sky
I honestly have to say I never have had the best experience with my purchase on my beautiful ring. I am very picky with diamonds and having a knowledgeable gemologist guide to the perfect diamond is a must for me. The radiant is very beautiful cut and clarity, no bowtie effect whatsoever! the radiant looks like a billion stars glimmering. It is a perfect size. I'm not used to a dainty setting and glad it's in Platinum, but the radiant fits this well, and I'm in love with this ring. Thank you AOJ for my two beautiful rings you helped me with. I love them so much. Now I want to buy maybe my dream heart diamond that is perfect in future.

Excellent experience
While looking for an engagement ring in my home country and deciding they were trying to rip me off I happened upon the AoJ advertisement while trolling the internet. I looked at reviews of internet jewellery companies and the AoJ website rated well. This is important when you’re shelling out a bunch of money. The AoJ website was, at least for me, also far easier to navigate compared with other well known retailers. Then there were the prices which were very competitive - in fact better than most other places I had looked at. The questions that arose were answered by email the same day. The product I wanted was hard to find - a 2+, D, VVS or better triple excellent round with no fluorescence and perfect table and depth. After all you need a perfect diamond for the perfect partner. It took some time but after several weeks of looking for the right stone I found it and bit the bullet. I found the perfect setting also - Anemone in 14kt yellow. Via email we discussed picking the ring up in San Francisco while we were there on holiday. No issues. A few weeks later we arrived to the store. The team were super helpful and welcoming. I felt super comfortable with them. Our ring was perfect - even better than I had hoped. And the earrings which were an add on were just as beautiful. Family and friends back home all love the ring and the setting. So, a big thumbs up from me. A great experience all round. Great service. Great product. Great prices. And a super happy fiancé. If you’re in the market, don’t go past AoJ.
