Host (Adi) is an amazing person.
Host (Adi) is an amazing person. Walked me through a lifetime change and he did it with the most grace I’ve ever felt. I bought an engagement ring and I so nervous I didn’t event know what hand I needed to place. Adi walked me through everything and helped me get the proper diamond size. He couldn’t oversell me or over do it but he wanted a lifetime customer and he got one. Thank you for your help and wisdom Adi.

Adi at the Art of Jewels is a great entrepreneur who really understands excellent customer service! I was referred to Art of Jewels by two good friends who had purchased pieces there before (and each of whom love their custom pieces). I went in with an idea of what I wanted and a budget. Adi worked with me to customize a pendant and got me a MUCH higher grade tanzanite gem stone at a much better price than a competing store so it fit well within my budget. He made sure it was exactly what I wanted and stands behind the quality of the final product. The final pendant is excellent, I get compliments all the time! Lots of stores sell diamonds (Art of jewels does too and value is excellent) but the selection and quality Art of jewels has for gemstones, the information they give you on the gemstone itself, and the value for money you get, really surpasses other sites in my mind making Art of Jewels a great site for all Jewelry and gem shopping! And if you don’t see what you are looking for on the site, send them an email to ask, they can find almost any stone type and can customize almost anything! I’ll definitely be back for another piece!

Amazing Jewel, Exceptional Customer Service
Adi was so incredibly helpful to my husband and myself for the purchase of my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Adi was amazing and helped my husband pick the perfect engagement ring for me. When we came back to pick out the wedding bands, I also was able to build a great relationship with Adi. I had to come back to his store a few times to make sure my engagement ring and wedding band fit perfectly. Adi and his staff are always so friendly and helpful to their customers. You feel like you are at home when you enter his store. The quality of his jewelry is amazing and the customer service is exceptional.

My husband worked with Art of Jewels to design the perfect engagement setting for me. Adi was thoughtful in creating the best design to showcase the gems we were using. I was so pleased with the engagement ring and my husband was very happy with how communicative and open Adi was that we decided to use The Art of Jewels as well for our wedding bands. I had done a lot of browsing of different vendors and even checked out 3D printed rings and decided what I wanted was the personal care and good quality at a reasonable price, which I knew we would get with The Art of Jewels. Adi has been a pleasure to work with and is always patient with the numerous questions we had. I look forward to being a repeat customer in years to come!

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical when I saw their ad on Facebook. I was looking to buy an engagement ring for my fiancee. I looked on the Blue Nile and Brilliant Earth websites and was about to buy from Brilliant Earth. The art of Jewels ad of Facebook guaranteed to have the lowest price. In the back of mind, I thought that probably it's another site that sells low-quality rings and diamonds. To my surprise, their website is clean-cut and easy to navigate. I found a similar ring that I saw on Brilliant Earth in yellow gold and diamonds for $300 less. I also saved $400 on the center diamond. They promise to deliver the ring in 10 days, and to my surprise, I received it on the 7th day. My fiancee loves her new ring. I strongly recommend to check them out before making a final decision

15 years later, I remain a huge fan!
I’m a very frugal person, and I’ve been incredibly happy with Adi and The Art of Jewels. Not only do they have top quality product, but their customer service is absolutely amazing. I can’t believe that Adi remembers me after all these years, but he does and continues to be exceptionally kind and courteous. I love that we can bring our jewelry in to be cleaned and maintained, but also that we can upgrade our jewelry over time. I’ve been very very happy with them and will remain a loyal fan.
