Received the wrong shirt
I ordered 4 grey 100% polyester shirts, all same style just different sizes. I ordered them all on the same page and the packing slip had that they were all heather grey. I received 3 heather grey 100% polyester and one red 100% cotton. I need these as soon as possible and I sent a message but have not heard back from them yet.

TERRIBLE/ DONT BUY LARGE SUMS
TERRIBLE ! first of all, they have the worst support as possible. I ordered 6 tees from them, they deducted my balance from my card, and then they sent some verification regarding the transfer documentation. so i sent them official statements from the banks, they declined my deposit and said that they never deducted my money form my card, i contacted my bank and they said that it is a lie. i really dont know why they are doing that, plus the support was very very toxic. DONT SUGGEST NOBODY WHO IS TRYING TO BUY LARGE SUM OF TSHIRTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will not cancel or refund an order be cautious
I was placing an order for shirts, the site said I can make changes to shipping info. Before purchase. I used PayPal and was not given the option to chose shipping address. Immediately contacted shirt space to get the address changed. Was told it was impossible, I asked to cancel the order so my daughter could repurchase, was told they could not cancel. Very disappointed in their customer service. Shirts seem to be poor quality….. save yourself the hassle and order from a reputable company….

I haven’t received my order
I ordered 205 surgical caps last week. They were supposed to arrive next day. The company admitted there was a shipping problem, but I still do not have my order. If they would have corrected the problem yesterday, I would still have them today, but that hasn’t happened yet

Submitted support ticket 2 days before order shipped but was told it was too late because the order had already shipped. Slow and unhelpful customer service.
