I washed the shirts never buy again and they shrunk
I washed the shirts and they shrunk. Also they were really wrinkled when I took them out of dryer. Never buy again

Extra costs…
I ordered in bulk from this company back in June with a great experience, so figured I’d order again in October. Only to find out when the postman dropped my package off, I was told I had to pay $11 in postage. This didn’t happened the first time I ordered. So now my package is delayed, I must pay extra money that wasn’t told upfront in the pricing, and I don’t have my package in hand as it is at the post office. This company needs to be more upfront.

Not 100% cotton face as advertised
The items I ordered were described as 100 % cotton face but my fiber reactive dye is showing me that the port authority hoodies are not a full cottob but rather a strong blend that is not taking the dye. Very disappointing as I bought over 10 of these, all a waste all false advertising!

Thank you for providing this feedback. 100% cotton face is perfect for screen printers and anyone using a heat press because it allows higher heat to be used without scorching. Fiber reactive dyes form a strong covalent bond with cellulosic fibers, which means the color is not on the fabric, it’s molecularly fused into the fibers of the fabric, at the cellular level. This makes for a very permanent dye. The thing with Fiber Reactive Dyes is that they are designed to permanently dye cellulose fibers -- plant based fibers like cotton, linen, ramie, hemp, viscose rayon, bamboo, jute, tencel, paper, wood and basket reed. They need a porous material to fuse to the fibers. The best dye for synthetic fabrics like polyester is disperse dye, where the best dye for cotton is fiber-reactive dye. The PC850 would be a challenging choice for fiber reactive dyes because “cotton face” means there is a VERY thin layer of cotton that is woven to the top of the polyester body of the garment. This means only a thin layer on the top would fuse to the dye, it would not impact the polyester layer because it is a synthetic material that doesn’t accept the fiber reactive dyes. A cotton face is generally added to garments so printers can use Direct to Garment on them, the DTG inks adheres to the cotton face, but does not penetrate deep enough into the fabric/garment to be affected by the inner layer of polyester. When utilizing fiber-reactive dyes, we would recommend the customer uses 100% cotton garments for the best outcome. so disappointed
Unfortunately once again I did not get my order, this is the second time my order was shipped to the wrong address, even though I changed my address with shirtspace and paypal. when I called nothing could be done for me so Im just out that money. I don't think I will order again, I can not afford to lose money. After emailing with Ashley she was able to not only send an explanation but was able to get me a refund, which was greatly apprecitated!

Your website would not allow me to ship…
Your website would not allow me to ship my package to the correct address. It kept defaulting to the billing address. I called and asked for help and it looked like it would work on the third attempt and it still defaulted to the billing address. When I called to cancel the order I was told it was too late. It has only been a short time since I placed the order. I tried to explain that there would not be anyone at the billing address to receive the shirts. I finally called back to returns the next day and they had the shirts routed back to the warehouse. I did not end up purchasing the shirts from you. I found another company to overnight them because we were on a time constraint.

Shipping is terrible
Shipping is terrible. Went from the company to UPS to post office to a delivery service. Still have not received the order. Ordered 10 days ago Sept 11 A replacement order was suppose to be sent Sept. 5 but as of today, I still do not have any of the order.

Horrible T shirts, ordered 10 in different colors tried one on when received order before washing seemed ok. After first wash in cold water and hung dry noticed stitching from two of the shirts became undone in the hem and sleeves. Now when i put one on the sleeves seem to have shrunk and the collar is always on my throat i have to keep grabbing it and pulling it forward, very uncomfortable. I tried to return them or get store credit but they will not accept since they have been "WASHED"?
