All the shirts were just thrown into a box, not wrapped properly, and were dirty. Very unprofessional! Very disappointing!

Shirts were damaged
Shirts were damaged. Replacement was sent out and 7 days later, i still have no received my shirts. Had to refund money to customers for shirts.

Your estimated delivery window is February 1-February 6. This delivery window is provided to us directly from the shipping carrier and is generally pretty accurate outside of any unknown delays. PLEASE BE AWARE - NEW CLIENTS
First time customer with this company and not coming back. Customer service reps are awesome but their policy suck. I recently placed an order with this company for my small business. I paid through PayPal but unfortunately I didn’t realize PayPal had my old shipping address. Immediately after placing my order I called the company to notify of this. They weren’t able to change my shipping address nor cancel my transaction. The rep stated to call the carrier while in transit which I did, they couldn’t do anything for me. The package was delivered to the wrong address and I didn’t get my merchandise. I tried to dispute this transaction through PayPal but they just recently stated that they couldn’t do anything because the item was delivered. Yes delivered, but to the incorrect address. There’s proof of me calling (call is recorded) and emails about this matter and I hate to write bad reviews, honestly. But, I just want any newcomers to be aware if you place an order and something was incorrectly inputted that they won’t be able to do anything about it once the order reaches the warehouse. I think this transaction could have gone through more smoothly but because of their policies it got to this point. Why they make it so difficult for customers, I even ask for a 1 time courtesy refund but they couldn’t even do that for me. Why make business with a company that doesn’t care about their customers but only the money. No Honey! I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Shipping took over a week. …
I placed an order for a shirt I needed by a certain date and it took over a week to receive the shirt and I missed the deadline and was unable to get the person their shirt in time.

I am so disappointed in this company
I am so disappointed in this company. I was sent email and tracking information that said my package between the 1st and the 4th of Jan. Tomorrow is the 8th of Jan. and still no product. This is a business and we decided to give shirt space a try. Again very disappointed

I placed my order on December 28th. Today is the second day the shop app has said my order would be delivered by 9pm today is the 4th of January. I have clients waiting for their order because the shirts have not arrived yet.

The product is good
The product is good, but it’s not what I ordered. I ordered a button down shirt with three-quarter sleeves and I received a pull over shirt with buttons down to the tummy and short sleeves. I did not return the shirt because I need it by January but I really wanted that other shirt. Lousy service.
