I ordered 3Xl shirts
I ordered 3Xl shirts. I tried them on and they fit great . I always wash and dry 1 shirt to see if it shrinks before washing all and not being able to return them. After washing 1 shirt and drying on Ultra delicate the shirt fit more like a 2XL . Either order 1 size up or don't even risk it .

Triple Check your Info!!!
Placed an order and it was wrong shipping address because of Auto Fill issue. 1000% on me. Caught mistake quickly and informed ShirtSpace within 10 minutes of order being placed. Was informed they could do nothing about it and to contact shipping company. Shipping company of course informed me any change needed to come from ShirtSpace. Items were delivered to wrong address next day when it was supposed to take 4-6 days. Find it hard to believe nothing could be done. You would think there'd be a way to stop process & change an address instead of being run in circles. Am waiting on Google Pay for resolution. Lesson learned.

I ordered and received a couple of tee shirts. They didn't. I went on your site and filled out the form for the return. I then received an email saying that I will receive a shipping label. To date I have not received anything. The tees are sitting on my dresser waiting to be returned.

Your company isn't reliable
Your company isn't reliable. Everything I ordered in a timely manner arrives late. It's very unprofessional. You don't honor the shipping once it's paid for. The first time I had this same issue with the company, their excuse was it was because I asked for a digital proof. This time I asked for a digital proof a day ahead from the last time. And they still haven't started my paid in full product. My 18" x 24" yard signs should have atleast been here yesterday on the 7th. I called today and they haven't even put them on the production line yet.

What I ordered I Didn't Get

My items were supposed to arrive March 4 per paying for “fastest shipping”. It’s March 5th and they haven’t even been shipped. Very disappointing.

Colors don’t match the website
I ordered what I thought was a navy shirt but I was sent like a heather Greyson blue shirt instead. Not what I wanted. Also, what I thought would be a more red shirt turned out to be almost burnt orange. Disappointing. Not what I was looking for.

Did not receive the correct item.
Update 3: Unfortunately I have to update my review again. I was told they would get me my replacement jacket the next business day along with the second order of 7 jackets I placed while I was on the phone with them. I received the 7 jackets and still no replacement. Did not receive the correct item. Update 2: I have updated my review based on the company promptly getting back with me and resolving the issue.
