Unfortunately
Unfortunately, this order was messed up. I received someone else’s order by mistake and the items I ordered have yet to be resent. I’ve reported it three times within the last three days and I still have no confirmation that they are resending my original order. I’ve sent photos and the packing slip of the incorrect items meant for someone else. I wish the customer service would improve. The shirts and quality I get are usually very good and the speed they ship is excellent. However, not this time.

Got Yellow not green- Wrong color

I haven’t received my item. I called and the rep submitted a new ticket and refunded me for overnight shipping, but I’m still waiting on my item and refund. I will never order from here again

False Advertising/Price tag for Sweatshirt
I bought a sweatshirt and it said it was $9. After I paid for it though, it said I purchased a total of $17 for it. I tried to see if I could return it but I have to contact customer service and this is way too much trouble. I will not be buying from here again. This was a rip-off.

It is likely it was either delivered to an incorrect address, placed somewhere inconspicuous on the property or even worse, stolen from the porch. 1st and last time shopping w/you
Shipping was terrible. I ordered thru your company for the first time because I needed shirts quickly to meet a deadline. I paid additional for quick shipping and it took nearly a week to receive my shirts and it came split in 2 separate orders on 2 different days despite having only placed one whole order. I went out and purchased similar items 53 miles from my home for a higher price in order to meet my deadline on time. I'll never shop here again. You lost a customer due to lack of business transparency! Now I'm stuck with shirts I don't need! I didn't even open the packages...I just threw them in a corner. Such a disappointing experience!

Order came in a ripped/taped up package. Upon opening, the shirts have adhesive from the poly mailers stuck to the shirts, as well as dirt ALL over the products.

Missing Shirt
Ordered 3 shirts that said they were in stock. Order arrived with 2. Had to contact the customer service and wait days for an answer only to be told that the shirt I ordered was now out of stock. Had to wait for a refund.

Received stained shirt

NOT TRUE TO SIZE!
Order over $300 in shirts from here to start our business. When we got the shirts they felt nice and soft but as we tried on our sizes it was clear they run one to two sizes smaller! The only ones that fit true to size are the kid's shirts. I wasted all my money on shirts that don't fit so I will never be using this site again... NOT HAPPY!!!
