Tropical Storm Ophelia-Day of vacation missed
Tropical Storm Ophelia shut down ferry service to our destination and caused us to loose 1 day of our vacation. We had to get a hotel and wait for ferry service to resume. RedSky reimbursed us for our hotel expense and for the day we missed at our rental . I am so glad we purchased this insurance. Thank you for taking care of us.

Vacation cancellation
When we had to cancel our recent vacation because of family illness, I called Arch Red Sky Insurance to ask about submitting our claim. Their customer service representative was very helpful with instructions, providing the necessary forms, and answering our questions. The online submission process was easy to use. Once we sent the completed paperwork, our claim was processed promptly and fairly. We are very happy with Red Sky's service and coverage terms and have no hesitation about using them again in the future.

I have never purchased travel insurance but with the current state of everything, especially travel, and the cost of this trip, I decided to purchase it. Grateful I did because the event that faced us just prior to the trip was covered. The claim process was very smooth, communication was excellent, and their decision was prompt! I received a full refund and will definitely use them again in the future. 5 STARS! Highly recommend!

It took over 3 months to receive our check. I had been told almost 2 months prior that it had been approved and it had been sent to whoever it needed to go for payment. After 2 more calls and finally asking for a supervisor, it was paid.

Insurance for a ski pass
I had insurance for a ski pass. It was easy to put in the claim and they worked with my physician to get the information they needed to process my claim. As soon as it was approved and I gave them the bank transfer information the payment was made within 1 day.

When my husband was hospitalized due to…
When my husband was hospitalized due to the flu, we needed to cancel our vacation rental, just 10 days away. The Arch Red Sky Insurance representatives I spoke with helped greatly by reminding me of the steps to take with the rental company, as well as what documents to forward to Arch for the processing of our claim. Email notices were sent as each document was received, as well as reminders about what was still needed. This communication was really helpful. We appreciate the competence and the kindness of the Arch representatives and will use Arch Red Sky for future travel insurance.

The way you assessed the card
The way you assessed the card, I NEVER USED IT and you calculated the TIME when I did not use it, which is NOT FAIR. It should be in my mind based on usage. I bought the card to use it only in the second half of the season, because I knew that I will be first half of the season in Australia. If I knew you would do, I would NOT purchase the insurance.

I was diagnosed with cancer & had to cancel because I wasn't sure when treatment was to begin. This company really beat around the bush, doing everything in order not to reimburse me. I would never recommend this company to anyone
