Ordering was easy through Costco Next…
Ordering was easy through Costco Next and we received the bikes fairly quickly. The bikes are good quality and have had zero issues over the 4 or so months we've had them so far. Only complaint (which Priority covers themselves by saying, have these assembled by a bike shop) is that the brakes were super messed up on one of the bikes. I had to adjust several of the brake mechanisms which were out of the scope of the assembly video and they're still not great. So just keep in mind that shipping/factory assembly may leave the components in a poorly configured state and you will need to fix it or get it fixed.

Pros and Cons after 400 miles
I've ridden my current for over 400 miles now so here is my initial review. First to start with things I like about the bike: The battery lasts extremely long, especially if you are only using PAS1 and PAS2. I could easily go 50 miles on PAS1. The 28mph max speed is very helpful when I have to take busy roads with no bike infrastructure. It looks cool enough for a commuter and isn't too heavy to bring up/down stairs even with panniers loaded and a 10lb chain lock. The adjustable stem is really nice for changing how you want to ride. The motor is really powerful and can tackle the 7-9% hills with ease. I got this bike for commuting 25miles round trip to work and it does that exceptionally well. I did add a rack so I could put panniers on it to make it a commuting beast. Now for the issues I have with the bike starting from the biggest. 1) The creaking straight out of the box. The bike creaks on high torque (e.g. climbing a hill) straight out of the box. I believe this is due to the motor mounting bolts being loose. I had to open the motor cover and regrease and tighten these down to the best of my ability (I don't have a torque wrench) which has fixed most of the creaking. I have had to retighten once so far when the noise reappeared. It seems like many people have this issue and I think Priority should take a look at why these are not being properly tightened before shipping to the customer. 2) The front wheel lost spoke tension very quickly and actually fully taco'd on a simple left turn ~150 miles in. Priority recommends getting the spokes tightened after 100 mi, but they should be more upfront about it instead of hidden away in the manual. Priority was very kind and did send me another front wheel. This one also lost spoke tension quickly but I got it trued at the LBS at 100 miles like recommended and haven't had issues since. The rear wheel has been solid and the LBS said they did not need to even tighten it at ~300 miles in. So make sure to get your spokes retightened because the (likely) machine-tightened spokes come loose very quickly and that's a danger. 3. The pedal is very close to the ground. I've hit the pedal on the ground when pedaling through a corner a few times. You can't really do that on this bike which is a design choice to give it better stability but does come with this downside. 4. Seat is comfortable for upright riding but too much stress on the perineum if you want a more aggressive position. Stock saddles usually don't work for everyone so not too surprising here. Not really sure why the nose is lifted on these; I feel like it would be much better for upright and aggressive styles of riding if the saddle had a flat nose. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, I would have given it a 3 but Priority's customer service was amazing in helping resolve the first two problems so I will bump it back up to a four. I'm just hoping I don't have to constantly retorque the motor bolts to get rid of the creaking.

I love the bike and I use it with a trailer bike for my grandson. Love having the power to pull the trailer bike up fairly steep hills! I put a Porteur rack on the front but it does seem to make the steering less steady. I also find the fenders very delicate and have to adjust them quite frequently so they don’t rub the tires.

Awesome bikes, great customer service
I recently received my Priority Apollo, which is my 2nd Priority purchase. I also bought a Classic Plus about a year ago and I love it. The Good: -The bike itself is amazing. I've only ridden about 100 miles so far, mostly on gravel rail trails with some paved sections and the occasional semi-challenging climb. The bike seems solidly built, the belt drive is buttery smooth and quiet, the gear range is wide enough that climbs are comfortable without sacrificing a decent top speed, and the bike is just plain beautiful. Also, Priority's customer service people are quick to respond and very helpful. The not-as-good: -The bike arrived with both wheels way out of true, and with a few minor scuffs/tiny scratches on the frame and fork. To be fair, Priority does warn that the wheels may go out during shipping, and recommends assembly and/or inspection by a bike shop. Since you'll probably have to shell out extra cash anyway, you might want to just pay the extra fee to have Priority ship to a local shop for assembly. As far as the scuffs and scratches, they don't bother me enough to put up a fuss, and the bike does ship with a bottle of touch-up paint. The only other gripe I have is that the bike was on backorder and I had to wait 10 months from the time I ordered it until I actually got my hands on it, but I think the pandemic is more to blame for that. Summary: I love both of my Priority bikes, and my interactions with the company have been fantastic. Any complaints I have are minor, and I highly recommend the company and their products.

Received Wrong Bike Size But Still a Great Bike
I ordered a small Turi and received a medium Turi. I quickly addressed the issue by speaking to customer service. After I shipped out the incorrectly-sized bike, they sent me the one I ordered. I would've appreciated that I received the one I ordered first. The bike itself is great. I love the kickstand and the quiet changing of gears. The visual indicator for elevation is a nice touch as well.

Two negatives
Overall, I’m very impressed with the Turi I bought. I’m writing this just one day after I assembled my bike so bear in mind I’ve barely ridden it yet. This review focuses on two items. I had also ordered a bar end mirror, which the website indicated fits this model. What I found out, though, is that in order to install it, the end of the handlebar grip basically has to be cut off / destroyed in order to remove the plastic stop of the handlebar tube. It’s a shame to have to do that to what is an attractive, comfortable grip. Second, as I think I’ve read in another review, the front wheel is noticeably not “true.” If I can find my spoke wrench, maybe I can take care of that myself. If not, I’ll have to take it to a local bike shop. To end this on a positive note, though, I’ll mention that it was a very nice touch for Priority to include a small bottle of matching touch-up paint in the shipment. I hope to get many miles and pleasure out of my Turi. Perhaps after I’ve had more rides I’ll be able to change my rating to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I love how lightweight my bike is
I love how lightweight my bike is. It's a great ride. Love the carbon belt. Only complaint is the basket is super heavy on the front wheel! I kinda want to remove it to keep my bike light so I can carry up stairs. Make a lighter basket please 😄

Good but didn’t get an answer to one important question
I found the customer support to be willing to take time and work on my questions and I appreciate that, however I didn’t always get a useful answer. In particular when trying to compare the gear range of the CVT to a derailleur system the result is that I was disappointed with a low gear that wasn’t quite low enough. There should be a way to quantify this to help people know beforehand.

Bike is good. Arrived with a blemish on fork. Likely happens in shipping. Touch up paint included(good) but no instructions how to use for best result(bad).

1) This is a cutting-edge machine
1) This is a cutting-edge machine, so there are some improvements which I expect to see over time. The power feed is a bit jumpy and unpredictable. 2) It would help if there were a display of what power the motor is kicking in. 3) I'd like more technical specs about how (in general) power is measured and so forth. 4) The worst comment is that my emails to the prioritybicycles info email address have been ignored. I have used two different of my email domains, but that did not help.

Amazing bike, just a minor issue with the fenders.
I wish there was a breakdown for ratings. In any event, here's why I've given a 4 out of 5. I'm leaving out any of the negative aspects of buying in Canada. It makes the warranty process far more complex, but that's understandable for a smaller American company. Support is 6 stars out of 5. Seriously, the most prompt and helpful support. There were some issues with my bike when it showed up and they had replacement parts in the mail extremely quickly. They also took the time to answer all my questions about any concerns I had. Love it. The bike is very close to a 5 out of 5. Got the 600, and it's great. I can zip along on all sorts of terrain, hills, flats, gravel, no problem. It's well built and feels sturdy. It feels heavier than the traditional derailleur bike this replaced, but the shifting makes up for this. I feel I can start from a standstill far faster and shift upwards near seamlessly. The fenders are a real let down though. Comparing to the bike in the assembly video, clearly there has been a change of tires. A good thing for me, the ones I got have more grip and raised edges than the smooth ones in the video. This does mean, however, that the edge of the fenders come extremely close to the tire ridges. For the first long while and still now, slight bumps will cause the fender to hit the tire and vibrate like crazy for a short bit while it rubs up against the tire. I had to spend a significant amount of time adjusting the posts until it was giving enough clearance to not constantly happen. However I can certainly feel and hear it rubbing during rides. Very annoying. Despite all my adjustments and tightening, as well as a trip by the local bike shop, the fender attachment points rattle around a bit when I'm off pavement. Rough terrain makes the whole thing sound like it's going to fall into pieces at any moment. It won't, but not great to have that sound. I'd love to have the option for a sportier fender. The front can be replaced and I will quite soon. The rear, since the light is integral to it, will be more of a challenge. Let's hope it doesn't void my warranty if I do a little customization... This is really splitting hairs, though. I ride this bike hard, fast, and frankly a little dangerously. If you're commuting and riding at a reasonable pace you will not be let down by this purchase.

No problem getting the bike
No problem getting the bike. It even shipped earlier than expected. My only gripe are the fenders. I lock my bike daily and it's easy to bend the fenders when locking it over night. Also I wish the Generator plug on the front was beefier or more substantial. It's easy to twist and risk breaking when removing the front wheel. The bike is WONDERFUL. I ride in Charlottesville, VA and the gear shifting for all the hills is crucial. I bought accessories like seat and rack. I go FAST. In the future I could see getting the 600x

The bike is easy to operate and ride
The bike is easy to operate and ride. I have ridden over 25 miles and the battery was not even half depleted. My complaints are that it is not agile and quick to respond on turns. When I go over bumpy roads or bridges it feels as if I am going to be thrown off (that has not happened but I have come close). And finally it is heavy and i cannot get it into my car. Fortunately I live near a bike path.

My Priority Turi
During assembly of my Priority Turi, I noticed the front wheel rim was out of true after completing the front rotor / wheel assembly, and test spinning the wheel after being placed onto the fork dropout and installing the fender. After contacting Priority about the front wheel issue, they were quick to respond. I had the front wheel rim inspected and trued by an expert bike mechanic in my area. Priority refunded the cost of repair without any hesitation. All associated texts and emails were responded to quickly. So far, Priority has demonstrated allegiance to their customer and products.

The two big reasons I buy from Priority…
The two big reasons I buy from Priority is the Gates carbon belt drive and the fact that they ship to your house . My only complaint is that 2 out of the 3 bikes that I have purchased over the years have had the front rim slightly out of true .

My experience has been really positive
My experience has been really positive. My bike arrived with some damage from shipping. Priority customer service was really helpful getting things fixed and covered all of the costs associated with the damage. I needed a new front disc rotor, front wheel straightening (truing), and a new computer. Once all of this was taken care of the bike has been fantastic. The only minor issue that I have run into is some wear from the cables on the head tube. It wore through the paint very quickly. I temporarily put a piece of tape to protect against further damage, but I need to come up with a more permanent solution. I'm sure customer service will have a recommendation. I use the bike for around town errands and commuting 18 miles each way to work. The bike is awesome for this. Highly recommend.

I really like the continuum onyx but
I really like the continuum onyx that I purchase. However I wish I knew how limited the gears were for my area. I live in a very hilly area and I am struggling with the available gears. I should have waited another year and saved up for a 600.

Great bike overall
Great bike overall. Great styling, well-constructed. Quibbles: Turning on the lights dims the display. I like to run my lights in the daytime and the dimmed display is difficult to see. Not a smart design decision. My electric motor has a high-pitched whine. It’s not terrible, but I would prefer that it was quieter.
