I really love the bike and it rides…
I really love the bike and it rides great. It's so smooth and I can't believe how light the bike is. All of the commuter-specific features, like the internal cabling, the internal hub, the carbon belt drive, the continuous gearing, the burly kickstand, etc, are just awesome. So well thought-out and attuned to the needs of a daily commuter. The one issue I've had is that the dynamos powering the lights stopped working after a couple of months of riding. There is probably a fix but I haven't had time to figure it out yet, so I'm just using clip on lights. This is an issue I had with my previous bike (different brand)--makes me wonder if maybe dynamo-powered lights don't hold up well to the rigors of daily bike commuting.

Only complaint was 3 damaged spokes that happened in shipping. Couls use 3 spokes if you got 'em. Alls good...LOVE the bike. DT Wilson

Solid quality product
Solid quality product, exactly what I s looking for. Slightly slower to arrive than expected, but still pretty fast given the worldwide supply chain issues.

I had some issues regarding being blocked out of the system when I tried to put in my password but that seems to have cleared up. I have a front brake rotor that grabs And I need to address the problem but have had an operation and Unable to ride the bike for the next month or so. Otherwise I am quite pleased with the bike I would like to buy a rack or basket for it. Thanks for reaching out and asking me what I thought of buying your product

PRIORITY COAST 3 Speed Step Through
I purchased the PRIORITY COAST - Step-Through / 3 Speed. I am a 5’9.5” male. I like the bikes unique features: light weight, belt drive, and internal 3 speed gears. I was not happy with the bike seat. I found the seat very uncomfortable if I rode for more than 10 minutes. I bought another seat that is more comfortable from my local bike shop. I still experience discomfort on longer rides. I will probably look for yet another more comfortable seat next spring.

Great bicycle
Great bicycle! Love how it rides, I put on a shorter stem so I'm not over reaching. The dyno is working thanks for the help and the video. The pinion gears work fantastic. The range is just right hills up and down. The sound of the gears while coasting is still there and over time may quiet up a bit. I'll still get a regular touring bike but this bike is the best urban bike ride!

Priority Onyx: Nice Commuter
I got the Priority Onyx. Very nice commuter bike. Really friendly and responsive customer service. High quality bike with low maintenance, which I love. Not a speedy bike, and I did get a pinch flat my first week, but the company was great and refunded me the cost of the repair.

Loving my bike

I love my bicycle bummed on shipping
I love my bicycle but 1) light could brighter since it is capable of speeds up to 28 mph that being said I love the lights being automatic because I used to always forget to turn on my rear light. I use it to commute to and from work so I can squeeze in exercise and 5am is pitch black since not very many roads in Hawaii have street lights...poor visibility and dead pig on the side of the road could really jack you up. My bubby bought an after market light that is insanely bright so unfortunately after riding next to him I feel the light could be brighter 2) I'm concerned about breaking thin plastic over plus and minus buttons. Sometimes when I move my hand on handle bars my left hand just barley clips the outer ring of thin plastic. I make a conscious effort to carefully move my left hand so I don't accidentally snap the plastic cover. 3) I wish priority would work with a shipping company or velofix to get their electric bicycles to Hawaii. I almost bought an electric trek for 2k more so it would be lighter, get delivered to local shop at no extra cost, and I wouldn't have to deal with shipping, but it wouldn't be a current so I didn't...my gut wouldn't let me...the guys at priority were very genuine about being sorry about the shipment which I really appreciated...sadly living in Hawaii we are used to spending more on shipping. It just sucks because we lost our monarchy by being illegally taken over by the United States but can't be grouped in as part of United States when it comes to shipping deals. Anyway I opted to pay additional 500+ to a 3rd party to get bicycle from sister's California address to Hawaii. I have only had my bike for alittle over a month but I think it's amazing there is only 2 things build wise I can think about changing...Now for a positive...the thing that surprised me the most was how much safer I feel coming into traffic and picking up speed when the light turns green at an intersection. It's a game changer. I'm stoked on my bike. I use it to commute 40 miles a day to work. I always have it on level 1 assist when going to work maybe level 2 if I slept in and I'm running late. Zero assist is brutal if you want to get anywhere in decent time. The way home can get crazy windy and after 8 hours in the sun dealing with a gnarly head wind for 20 miles sucks. I decided to get the current so I could cut through the head wind on my way home. It's a blast. For anyone who says you won't get exercise with an electric bike (my husband's thought) you are wrong. I ride it more often to work because I'm not dreading the ride home. I use level 2-3 assist home and still get my heart rate in the 150-170 range depending on incline. I wish I bought an extra charger because I can make it there and back (40 miles) on one charge but it's cutting it really close depending on how bad the winds are so I have the charger taking up precious cargo space to avoid running out of battery for the last 2 miles uphill. It's heavy, well industry standard but still heavy if you ran out of power and had to make it home. Now I just need front rack to carry my elderly dog around and extra charger. I hope this company continues to expand and hopefully works with a shipping company by the time I need a new battery :/ I have had my bike for a little over a month hopefully I will enjoy it for many years to come.

the bike is great
the bike is great. when I picked it up it made a weird clicking sound. a third party mechanic loosened the drive a little and it no longer clicks. easy fix but maybe it should've been that way already?

Well designed kids bike from a company focused on customer happiness.
The components of the bike seem nice, the frame is lightweight and I love that it’s belt driven and low maintenance. The company is quick to answer customer questions or deal with any problems. I think the inseam measurements are a bit conservative and while they are probably appropriate for new or conservative riders, parents with confident cyclists can probably size up a bit. It’s hard to find kids bikes intentionally designed with kids in mind, but it’s clear Priority has put considerable thought into their product development and cares about making customers happy.

We got two beach cruisers (not sure of…
We got two beach cruisers (not sure of your name for them), the three speeds with the carbon belt drive. We really like the bikes! The fenders were insanely difficult to get on correctly. The zip-tie part is almost impossible. The threaded hole the zip-tie has to go through catches and rips up the zip-tie. I had to go get new zip-ties, which were thinner to make them work. The fenders actually took longer to install than the bikes to assemble! I do wish the bikes had quick-release font tires and seat posts. Otherwise, no complaints!

Bike and experience almost perfect
Bike and experience almost perfect. One minor wheel issue, and instructions could be clearer. I bought the disc brake version of the Brilliant L Train. The included instructions provided a link to the assembly video instructions, however the assembly video goes over how to assemble the V-Brake version. The process is largely similar, so customers should still start out watching that video, but the assembly process diverges when it comes time to assemble the front wheel. Thankfully, there is a separate, supplemental video on Priority's YouTube channel with assembly instruction. However, I had to search for this video myself; I got no hint that this other video existed. In general, I think Priority could do a better job with providing links to their other videos in the video description. As an example, I needed to re-align the front wheel disk brakes. The assembly video mentioned to "watch our video on disc bake alignment". But there was no link to said video, and the video title doesn't even mention "alignment." I chose to assemble the bike on my own. It wasn't tough or complicated, and all tools are included, but it was time consuming. It did not help that one of the boxes did not come with the cut-outs shown in assembly video, which would have helped to keep the bike upright during assembly. It turned out that the front wheel was out of true; when spun, I noticed a wobble. Given that it's not a problem with loose screws, I'm fairly certain the spokes tension needs to be adjusted, which will cost me around an extra $25. The slight wobble does not get in the way of riding, but I was disappointed to hear from others online that this appears to be a common issue with bikes that are shipped to customers. I am a 5'7" male, and normally wear jeans that are 28-29" long, so I followed Priority's recommendation and chose the Small size. Honestly, the bike frame worried me because it looked smaller than most bikes I've seen. But after riding it, I can say it was the right choice. Guys swallow your ego, because picking the right size is crucial for comfort. It wasn't too small, I just have tall friends. :( The bike itself rides like a dream. The material looks and feels high quality, with the exception of the kickstand, which does its job but feels cheap. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this bike, which stands out from a lot of bikes sold in my area. But looking back, I would consider paying the extra cash to get it assembled by professionals instead of losing time worrying whether the slight imperfections were my fault or not.

Bike is great
Bike is great. One of the brake pads was rubbing on the tire and required a bit of adjustment. The acorn screw that tightens the pad stripped out during re-tightening but so far everything else has been great.

Customer service was responsive
Customer service was responsive and knowledgeable, shipping was fast. I wanted a clean, comfortable, low-maintenance bike with a step-through frame that would be suitable for child transport and generally getting around town.

Outstanding and quick service
Well... I think Priority Bicycles is a wonderful shop. I like the full selection of accessories and parts that are available to improve my bike riding experience. The only thing that I can recommend is that the descriptions for each part should have more information. The rack that I purchased does not fit my mountain bike... not without significant modifications and additional hardware. Also, no instructions came in the packaging although there was a card which directed me to a website to download or read the instructions online. Not to be old fashioned, but I think both options should have been available. Anyway, other than that, I plan to be a steady customer of Priority Bicycles

L Train is nice
L Train is nice. Main reason for 4 star is the vendor used by priority to put bike together did a horrible job and damaged bike and don’t install it properly. I had to fight way too hard w priority to get issue fixed. In the end a new bike was sent and mobile tech put together correctly w no damage. Just an annoying process that should have been much easier. Need to do better job checking vendors before using or listing as options for customer

Apollo with flatbar conversion works well!
My priority Apollo is a really nice bike. I took the bike to a shop to get it fine-tuned. The hub shifting was sometimes half-shifting, then clunking into gear when pedaling harder. Also, the disc brakes are somewhat soft and lacking power. I believe they are seating in and will get better over time. I converted the bike to a flat bar setup and added a 120mm stem to lengthen the reach. The drop bars are pretty good, but a prior wrist injury made them painful for me to ride. Having to stay on the tops of the narrow bars with no access to brakes was not acceptable for me, so I did the flatbar conversion. The belt drive and 11 speed hub are really nice, and overall, the bike is versatile, unique, and fun to ride. It also looks good! Dan Vos Cary, NC
