Great value, Responsive customer service
Responsive customer service before buying was a big plus. I opted for the L-train, and I'm really pleased with my purchase. The bike performs as advertised and is best value in this category. I would like more detailed specifications/components information and would recommend shifting when not pedaling for best results.

Love my new 600
Love my new 600! The Pinion gearbox is incredible and the bike is a blast to ride. I went with a 4-star rating because I had to spend a few minutes forming the front fender with a heat gun to resolve a tire rub problem. Aside from the tight fender clearance out of the box, the bike is great and is a tremendous value at its price point.

Priority 600 - Most of the Priorities are in the right place…
This bike has most of the important stuff, which is good. You buy this bike for the frame, pinion gearbox, and belt drive. The rest of the components are adequate with the exception of the stock fenders. They are absolute garbage, but I replaced them with quality aluminum fenders and am very happy now with the tire clearance and overall look. I am using this bike for maintenance-free light touring/bikepacking. I hooked up a front and rear rack and the braze-ons were a bit of a pain to get adjusted right. I felt like the braze-ons weren’t in a “standard” location. I’m 6’3” and needed a handlebar riser to get the fit close, but I wish there was more length in the stem to get it perfect. All in all, I am very pleased with the bike and it should be very bomb-proof and maintenance free. However, I REALLY wish that the bike had a more durable paint job. The paint is absolutely delicate and has already worn away in many spots. I have bikes that are power-coated and look almost as new as the first day I bought them even after years of use and abuse. For a bike that I intend to use for many, many years, it is a shame that the paint is already looking rough in such a short time. I’ll probably eventually replace the front light and hub with something a bit more energy efficient, but all in all I’m happy getting out there and riding on my Priority 600.

Preliminary obsevations
The Allan wrench for attaching the apparatus on the handlebar should be included. It’s a key tool everyone will need . You provide so many more but not that one. I am concerned that the bike lacks the power I need to crest the steep hills at my home. Is the gearing more efficient with the Shimano hub? I have the heavier one. All in all it seems like a good bike. I have not used it enough to give a full review. Also. There is not enough room at the handle bar to attach the light inside the bracket for the control pad. And if it is mounted there the control pad interferes with the angle of the headlight. The mud flaps need to be attached with through rivets . Mine popped off with just a little nudge.

The components are top notch
The components are top notch, the build quality is excellent. The plastic motor box cover seems cheap and brittle compared to the rest of the build. Love the belt drive and Enviolo transmission. The motor is powerful and silent. At low speeds or low draw the peddle assist can get stuttery feeling. Battery life is decent, not great. I do not, however, care for the seat fit or feel. I never feel quite in the right position. I am not a fan of the handling. Steering is squirrelly and over quick. I felt like I was sitting tall relative to the length of the wheelbase. Maybe better suited to urban cycling. Do I like the bike, yes I love it. There is room for improvement tho.

I absolutely love the bike
I absolutely love the bike. The way it rides and shifts is perfect for a commuter bike, and I love the retro-look combined with the modern tech. There were a couple of superficial dents to the frame that I decided to ignore since sending it back and receiving a replacement seemed not worth it.

Quality bike, could be great with some design tweaks
Good bike, sleek look, lots of power, seem like quality parts. I commute about 12 miles total each day. There's little net elevation change, but it's hilly, so the pedal assist really helps cut my commute time. I have the speed limit to the max (28 mph, class III). That takes about 3/4ths of the battery. I really like the belt drive; it's quiet, no mess, and no hassle. The shifter is very smooth, but I would have appreciated one higher gear or space the gear ratios out a little more; you have to pedal really fast to hit 28 mph. It's not a big deal, but there is a noticable lag in the motor kicking in and out. I haven't ridden other ebikes to know if that's common or not. The seat is a little hard, but you get used to it. I would have liked a seat shock since the wheels don't have them. I find myself changing the pedal assist level often enough that I would have preferred a twist interface identical to the gear shifter. The pedals are too low; I have to be extra careful to have the inner pedal up when I take turns and I can't pedal through turns or I'll hit the ground.

The Priority Current is a great bike, but for me anyway, not low maintenance
The best thing about Priority Bicycles is the service. Even though it is all from long distance I get fast and effective help when I need it and reimbursement for work done. The next best thing is the bike, a Current E-bike, which is a pleasure to ride, smooth and with a powerful motor. As for the things that I would like to see improvement on, #1 is the reliability of the bike. I chose the Current in large part due to it being touted as a low-maintenance bike, however I've had more mechanical problems with this bike in the year I've owned it than any other bike, and I've purchased many in my life. Some of the issues were: several broken spokes, two flat tires, failure of the battery, and the drive belt coming off while riding. These were all fixable of course, but having your bike often out of commission or needing adjustments is frustrating. The other thing that would make my experience with my Priority bike better would be if it's range were longer. I thought the range was pretty good when I first got my bike, but then it gradually became shorter, as is normal for a battery, and then it died completely. They got me a replacement battery right away, but the new one started out with a shorter range than the old one had after almost a year of use. So, in the beginning the bike had a respectable, though not amazing range, but now the lessened range I have feels restrictive, and improving that would be a great benefit to purchasers of the Current E-bike. At least they have the option of a range extender now, but now you are talking about a bike that is in both a different price category and a different weight category. Overall, I have had a much more positive than negative experience with my Priority bike, but in my opinion there is room for improvement.

Great Bike; Couple Issues
I love the style of the bike, the quality, and the functionality. My only complaint is hitting the fender with my foot while turning. If there was a little more distance that would be great. The only other issue was probably due to shipping/packaging. The paint is chipped/missing in tiny spots on almost every single spoke and a few other spots low on the frame. Unfortunately, since it is a matte paint it's hard to fix so I have opted to not touch it yet. Everything else with the bike is phenomenal!

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase…
Overall I am satisfied with my purchase of a Priority Current. I have had the bike for a few months now and it is starting to make some "creaking" noises in the crank area and there is an issue with the front brake hanging up on the disc recently. Going to take it to the shop this week to have them look at it. Wasn't expecting these issues already but...

The bike is great and the delivery was quick. The only complaint I can think of is that the kickstand broke almost immediately, it doesn’t seam to be heavy duty. Otherwise, every part of the experience was perfect.

Exceeded Expectations
Quality of the bike exceeded expectations, email communications were helpful as the item was on backorder. My only wish was that there were more customizations available for the bike (e.g., different sized tires, bottle cages add-on, etc). Otherwise, positive experience.

Quick service and assembly by local…
Quick service and assembly by local bike shop. Design of bike is very good and the parts are high quality. There does seem to be very low maintenance so far. I’ve been commuting (just a few miles each way) for the past three months. There was no manual provided by the bike shop, which I would like to see. The hand grip gear shift is a little loose. My only other small complaint is the fenders - though securely attached rattle more than I would’ve expected when going over small bumps. I look forward to seeing how it does in the winter months here in upstate New York.

When I heard about belt drive internal…
When I heard about belt drive internal hub bicycles, I had to know more. What a great concept! So, after searching the internet and learning everything that seemed to be available about belt drive bicycle’s, I settled on the L-train by Brilliant. Probably the biggest bummer for me about riding, are flat tires. I always seem to get them out in the middle of nowhere and must fix the flat on-site. This means grease covered hands for the remainder of my ride. Belt drive has eliminated the greasy hands issue. And the internal hub has gone a long way to simplifying my rides. I really like my L-train. Almost everything about dealing with the purchase of this bike was easy…almost. Shipping was fast, the bike arrived in good condition and getting out for a ride took just a few minutes. My only issue with the bike was that the bearing set in the bottom bracket failed within the first 30 miles. I would have felt better about this problem had Brilliant offered to send me a new set of bearings. But, they didn’t. Instead, they told me to take it to a bike shop and have them replace the bearings…which I did, for about $100. I thought that was just a smidge cheesy of Brilliant but, it did not dampen my spirits too much. I did go on to buy another L-train…the disc brake version. All in all, the L-train is a great little bike. It’s fun to ride, simple to maintain, really smooth and quiet and, best of all, no greasy mess with flat tire changes. It’s about as perfect a commuter bike as I could hope for.

Great bike but wheels could be improved
The more I ride my Apollo, the more I am really enjoying riding gravel and love the bike more and more. The smoothness of the Gates carbon drive and internal hub shifting is amazing. I am finding myself riding many routes in Oregon with several segments over 10% grades. With such, I have ordered a 46T cog for the front. The only reason I’m deducting 1 star is in the wheel build quality. I had read a few reviews with some spoke issues on some bikes. When I received my bike the spokes were unevenly tightened. I had planned on this and had my local bike builder friend take the wheels to tighten and true them up. In his work on the wheels he discovered the machine building the wheels had stripped the screw slot on every single nipple on the wheels. He was able to get the spokes tightened and wheels better in true. He was surprised to see a bit of hop in both wheels too and expressed to me this shouldn’t happen with a good machine built wheel. He did have to replace one of the nipples in his work and got the wheels in decent shape. He suggested Priority may want to review quality control of their wheel supplier.

Good Company, Nice bikes
Pros: shipping date was as listed on their website, love the product (Apollo Gravel), questions I had about assembly were answered promptly thru email. Cons: Bike arrived needing more than standard assembly (headset was loose and brake disc was bent).

Good value but have some suggestions
My experience was good, not great. The ordering process was easy and my bike arrived on time. Assembly was easy. There is a clicking sound coming from the bottom bracket, which should have been addressed before shipping. Overall the bike is what I expected for the price. 1 - offer different size rear cogs on the single speeds. Some of us are not bike messengers and just want to cruise to the pub. 2 - Better quality brakes 3 - Sliding dropouts instead of horizontal
