No matter times I have asked for you to contact via voicemail at my phone number when dealing with an urgent situation, you still do not contact me that way. I have lost loyalty points twice because of this! Being a senior citizen on very low income, we depend on those loyalty points to purchase our products!

I am a 25 year plus associate, with one strong leg. Never had the luck or sell to build a second and now have no clue how. In December I received zero for a commission cheque instead of the measly amount I was getting. You should consider it embarrassing I make money from loyalty points than commission! BTW. offering customers the option to FINANCE their supplements should scream red flags that we are way to expensive.

Needing to revamp auto-shipping options
My up-line representative contacted your company and asked you to cancel the auto-shipment, and it was sent anyway. I only take one Plus tablet a day, and therefore, don’t need them shipped as regularly.

Confirmed order cancelled account suspended without notice
Haven't even had the chance to try the product because they cancelled my order with no notice. Made an order, checked put through pay pal, order confirmed at checkout. Week goes by and I'm like what the heck?? Wait a little longer then start digging through my emails and find only 2 emails from mannatech. One from the night I made the order saying welcome to the family and one 2 days later trying to get me to order something. So I try logging on and it says there is already a account with this login (yes I know). Asks for my account number.. ok let me get out of my browser go back into emails to get you that......... Then back to trying to log in. It tells me my account has been terminated or suspended.....? So then I get on the phone and call customer service. They picked up right away which was pleasant but was told they cancelled my order cause they could verify me...???? I received no such email telling me there was a problem they just cancel the order suspended my account.... I now have spent time trying to set up another account tell them all the same info that I did the first time to process an order I was already told was completed. If I didn't have really good hopes on the product and have family that really needs relief I would be GONE. Why confirm an order if you haven't "verified" me???? What does it even matter to you? PayPal has verified me... You can't even send me an email saying that my order has a problem.

The parcel was receive by someone…
The parcel was receive by someone either than me and without the driver asking for a name or signature. I later received an sms to say that Í received the parcel and this was incorrect. I, then had to investigate on my side, who received the parcel and eventually tracked it myself. The solution i seek is to ensure the driver inquire who he is giving the parcel to and the ask for a signature or/ad phone. Should there be any reason to query my delivery, then at least i can have more information to track a parcel. Hope this helps improve service!

Sometimes you ship before a holiday sometimes after. Letting your customers know would be nice. Mannatech products have always been expensive. Now even more so. Seems like you’re constantly raising prices. It’s not much of a discount or good deal if you have to buy 5 of an item or 3. If one could afford to buy that many at once does the deal even matter?

3 out of 4 is only so good
I ordered 4 items. 3 out of 4 were correctly placed in the shipping box. As Murphy's Law would have it, the key item of my order was the missed item. As as my body goes without the supplement it craves, I wait for the replacement & correct item to show up. It took customer service 2 days to get the correct product shipped. I hope it shows up soon with no issues this time.

Dissatisfied service
Unfortunately based on my last order I give this poor rating. Placed order on 26 April. Requested urgent delivery. I live less than 5km from the Bedfordview office. Received it almost two weeks later. Phoned 3 times requesting update. No one returned my call or phone back with update. Eventually was promised delivery that afternoon. Still did not receive it that day. First time I had such a bad experience. Praying it was an isolated incident.

3/31/23 - NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I’m responding because you either spoke to the young man, or you listened to the recorded call. I told the young man I was not going to take the survey only because the call I was on was so odd, I originally told him I was not understanding him, that we must both have accents. I think I asked him to start over. He did not answers the questions I asked. I was placing an automatic order and an order with loyalty points. After placing the orders, I called back to get an answer to 1 question. I got him again. He did finally answer my question. I called a 3rd time because looking at my notes, I did not have an order # for the automatic order. I have been with Mannatech for over 20 yrs. and have never had a call that was not pleasant. I told this to the young man so he might go back and check his training notes and not repeat the way he handled the call with me with anyone else.

I am going to stop buying Mannatech
I am going to stop buying Mannatech. I simply cannot afford automatic orders as I budget monthly and my income fluctuates. This means that I do not qualify loyalty points, yet I get points at my local Health Shop that also sells good quality products.
