Update: Faan, you should receive a call from our corporate office within 24 hours. I just received a screen shot of your order with attempted delivery by DPD Laser. It appears they have been unable to deliver, as of November 15th. Our corporate office should be able to help you make arrangements with DPD for delivery. Thanks! Faan, yikes. I'm forwarding this over to our Customer Care team now. Three weeks sounds well outside of normal delivery times. I've asked them to contact you direct today. You didn’t honor sale price
You sent me an email and offered a flash sale on Firm and Emprizone for $29. I immediately, within 15 min, tried to order and couldn’t get the website to process the order. I contacted My upline Associate and she tried to order it for me only to be told that it was a limited time deal of a few hours. That is not what the email stated. It said it was a two sale special. So I’m NOT happy. The products are pricely as is and I feel like I got the bait and switch done to me. I’ve been a loyally customer for over 10 years. I don’t appreciate being made a fool of because you want to do a gimmick. Jeff

Jeff, I'm sorry for the situation we created. We would have loved for everyone to be able to take advantage of the sale. Unfortunately, as you noted, it was only offered "while supplies last". We knew the sale was going to be a hit, but it appears we sold out super quickly. I understand an explanation doesn't help, but I can say that we are sorry. We truly appreciate your 10+ years of being a customer. Truly, it was not our intent to create a promotion that would cause our customers to feel fooled or that we were providing a gimmick. For this, I am very sorry.

Appalling Customer Service
Firstly, the ordering process is long and tedious over the phone. Online has so many glitches you have to keep phoning in. And then, when you've finally placed your order, you won't receive all your items at once. But there'll be no paper invoice (at least in the UK) or something to inform you there's a record of it. And you have to email them to request an e-version. Then, you have to keep hounding them by phoning in to find out when the other part of your order will arrive (which is so frustrating if you need to take certain supplements together). To top it all off, you never get any notification via email or otherwise when your order is dispatched/due to arrive.. They promise a 90-Day money-back guarantee, how does that even make sense when there isn't even hope for all your products to arrive within that time?! Not to mention how expensive these supplements are.. So disappointed with the rubbish service!

I have a backorder of 8 Containers of…
Your response was not helpful. My ask was to have Ambrotose Life shipped immediately rather than wait for the Advanced Ambrotose. I have a backorder of 8 Containers of Advanced Ambrotose. I asked that these containers be switched out for Ambrotose Life and was advised it could not be done due to IT. As an Associate since 1997, I am not satisfied with this answer and I am very disappointed. Customer service is not just for processing orders.

Extremely mad customer!
At the moment I'm very upset with Mannatech because I've been waiting since July 4 to get my automatic order and my Firm and Emprizone and I still DON'T have them! I took only ONE vitamin/day instead of FOUR for 3 weeks and Phytalo only ONCE/day and I'm now OUT OF BOTH, so I don't think you want to know how I would currently rate my experience! I've been using Mannatech products for about 25 YEARS and I'm VERY disappointed right now! Update: I picked up my mail earlier today, 8/6, and STILL NO MANNATECH PACKAGE!

I am on auto ship for Ambrotos for Life; very disappointment recently with the poor delivery of my orders.
I am on auto ship for Ambrotose Life 3.5 oz canister, not receiving this. I have two of these that Mannitech told me not to take due to safety concerns, #CRALJ 300315 and Mannitech has not replaced these. I have ordered extra canisters and Mannitech substituted them for the slim sticks and now I have to take my time to call and schedule a return, wow. I have a patient/friend taking Ambrotose for his cancer and cannot get it, wow! Very disappointed with Mannatech for the first time. I have been a long time customer. Almost everything on my monthly order is back ordered! I haven’t gotten my Omega3 for the last two months and before that it was a Ambrotose life canisters and before that it was the OSP packets.
