Mannatech is undoubtedly one of the premier direct selling and wellness companies in the world. The technology and M5M plan are world class. The marketing arm however is falling way behind its direct selling competitors, especially in blockchain as well as in certain wellness companies. Not enough support is being given to associates with a smooth and user friendly social media marketing system. Other companies are utilising telegram, YouTube, social media platforms in a far better and semi automated way and Mannatech are resting on their laurels assuming that their product will sell itself, which is difficult as it is considering how expensive the products are. There are also too many inconsistencies with pricing, availability, websites within Mannatech and the various countries they operate in. It's not seamless enough. Other newer companies are on a upward trend and Mannatech from a business and money making point of view I feel are not. Marketing and branding in an online global economy needs to be addressed in this economy and the various resources need to be utilised and Mannatech are too slow here. They will catch up I'm sure and the foundation of Mannatech as a whole is great as a leading global company and has obvious longevity. Mannatech though has become complacent and virtually product focussed which in a way is great but from a busines point of view is becoming difficult.

Reduce commisions at top levels and increase commisions on lower levels, so people on lower levels feel the excitement and stay
I do not enjoy these getaways for top achievers, this seems that everyone is working for the selected few. Perhaps offer getaways with reduced costs so all can attend?

extra strong odor
this shipment was very very strong smelling. I ordered the powder and the pill packets.. everything seemed to be intact. not sure why the odor was so strong.

The invoice was incorrect
The invoice was incorrect! It reflected charging for shipping when purchase clearly exceeded the minimum purchase $225 for free shipping, which, by the way, is an outrageous amount when other similar industry entities charge for shipping only a small fraction of this minimum purchase amount.

Just wanted to know for example for when you take the sport at say 1 P.M. and with one 8 ounce of water or other liquid when would the next time you take another dose in 2 hours, 4 hours , 6 hours , 8 hours and still never got an answer to this question that isn't difficult to now this. If you were going to your drug store to pick up a medicine you needed to take you would definitely want to know when you take it and how much of and how long apart to take the next dose of and no one from here wants to answer this question and it's very upsetting to say the least

Technical Issues
I love everything about the company and its products. However, the signing up process was problematic, and I never received a welcome letter as I was told I would. I can also not get onto the Mannatech App as well as the Lead Team App so now I miss out on everything, and no one seems to know how to help.

The courier company was not effective…
The courier company was not effective and did not communicate. They apparently made two delivery attempts, but did not contact me regarding either, so I was not aware of them. Only when I phoned their query number they managed to arrange a third delivery (which was effective, due to communication). Incidentally I also had to make contact with Mannatech to assist in sorting this out. The other issue is that my EMPact order is on back order. This appears to be a reasonably regular occurrence???

My order was placed on May 18th
My order was placed on May 18th. It's due to ship on the 20th. It wasn't processed until May 22nd, and shipped May 23rd. Normally, on a weekend, it would be a day early for a Saturday ship day, and on a Monday for a Sunday Due date. So instead of a Friday shipment... it was shipped three days late. So, you're thinking what's the big deal? My Discover statement ends on the 22nd of the month. Now my charges will be on my June statement, instead of the May one. That totally messed up my budget... no payment this month, DOUBLE next month. This is not the first time this has happened. Other than that, No complaints. Great company, helpful employees in Customer Serice, and wonderful products.

The Mannatech websites are not very user friendly .. like now, I want to order mannapol that is on special, and the site only allows for me, who has an account, to open a new account .. dunno where to go to actually order it on my own account, I don't see such an option anywhere .. 🤷♀️
