Tanja, Unfortunately, ImmunoStart went onto backorder at the time your order processed. We are still awaiting the arrival of our new shipment. We did send out an email to all opted in to receive communication advising of the ImmunoStart backorder situation. I'm truly sorry if this email wasn't received. We definitely want to keep our customers updated with the most recent information. I want to say I’ve had my account for over five years and it doesn’t matter what computer I go on I cannot log into my account. I have to have the person who signed me up go through the back way to access my account. I love the products you offer but your computer tech service really needs some work. I have called customer service and had them try and log into my account and they are not even able to login.

Not happy
Not happy First, terrible lack of communication on the availability of original ambrotose complex. There was one announcement I think in March and then news disppeared (from mannatech site) and I had no idea when more would be coming until I suddenly got order fulfillment notices. Second, the manufacturing on the "tubs" of ambrotose complex (original) powder has been terrible for months. The cardboard "inner seal" was often not sealed and based on evidence, sometimes it was clear the seal was broken even before the plastic wrap was put on the container (i.e. powder on the outside of the container, underneath the plastic wrap). Even the "new" design containers I just got have some kind of problem with the inner seal. One container was not sealed properly. A second, like the first, almost appears as if there are burn marks around the area where the seal meets the rim of the container, as if in the sealing process too much heat was applied. Third, the new Ambrotose complex has either changed the formulation or is somehow gone bad. It now smells strongly, almost sour, whereas it was fairly neutral before. There is now an aftertaste whereas it was fairly neutral, a little chalky before. I dont know whether to keep consuming this or if it is bad.

For 25 years I bought into the Mannatech philosophy and now after spending thousands of dollars on marketing and many many more thousands on product over the years, product that hasn’t worked at all for me I have finally decided enough is enough. Should have seen the “light” years ago but I kept hoping and believing and Together with the exchange rate between Canada and the US it was just too much to continue. It’s all about pushing pills and not about nutrition. The customer service the last few months has been disappointing to say the least; can’t spell (after dictating each letter) and giving incorrect information. Signed up for dr nugents podcasts and have received only one, even then it’s all about product and not about how the food we eat is affecting our well being. Perhaps a balance of both would have been more helpful. Respectfully submitted.

Mannatech products may be good but ......
Mannatech products may be good but, unfortunately, the packaging has gone downhill bigtime. It is the small individual bubble-wrapped items that are causing the biggest unrecyclable garbage waste piles on land and in our oceans. Countries such as those in the Asia Pacific areas have no place, except the oceans, to dump this type of packaging waste which, in turn, is causing the biggest floating garbage pile this world has ever seen. Shame on you Mannatech!

I ordered on February 19/20. I know Texas had storms but.......Today is March 6th and I still haven’t received my Ambrotose! I had it sent to my sisters in Florida! I am leaving today for a different state and can’t take it with me now!!! It should have been sent priority (that would have been good customer service!). Now I have to have her send it when??? I don’t even have it yet! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

My Feb-2021 Auto Order was placed three…
My Feb-2021 Auto Order was placed three (3) days earlier than expected. And as a result, the wrong order was placed. I instructed FedEx to return the shipment to Mannatech, and for Mannatech to refund the order amount or apply it to the correct Feb-2021 Auto Order. But, Mannatech DID NOT REFUND the wrong order and went ahead and placed another 2nd order for correct products, without refunding the first order, or using it as credit for the 2nd order. Now, I have been charged for two (2) Auto Orders, but only having budget for one (1). Now my checking account will be in OVERDRAFT since Mannatech DID NOT refund the 1st order before placing the 2nd order. Very Poor Associate Support! Now my bank account is in Overdraft. I need Mannatech to take care of this issue ASAP and process the first order full refund to my Debit Card Account used!

You processed my auto order early and…
You processed my auto order early and even though I cancelled it the day before it was supposed to be processed, you processed it anyway. Additionally, I called the customer service number the day before the auto order was scheduled to process, nobody answered the phone and I left a voicemail asking for assistance and nobody returned my call. All in all, your customer service was non-existent in this case. Now I have $230 of product headed my way, putting me in an overstock situation. $230 is a lot of money for this level of customer service.

The products aren't "bad"
The products aren't "bad", but they can be bought SOOOOO much cheaper from nutritional stores. Also, I was a Mannatech sales associate and there was absolutely NO transparency on how or what you were getting paid as your commission....you basically just waited, got a direct deposit....kinda like "SUPRISE.....here's what ya got"!!. You should be knowing all along, step by step, what your commission is going to be BEFORE you get paid
