For the last year I have been trying to…
For the last year I have been trying to use my loyalty points. I have emailed and called. The person that I called said she fixed it but I lost the points. I basically gave up on those. I just placed another loyalty order to be shipped with my automatic order and received nothing. Also my e-wallet transferred once to my bank account and has never worked again. I have emailed and called about this as well.. Way too much time has been spent to to make Mannatech work. I have been using and recommending products from almost the start and the service in the last year has been awful.

raising the price of shipping again and…
raising the price of shipping again and the minimum order for this - is a cheap shot; I merely revised my credit card #. I would prefer to order less and pay no shipping. The site is cumbersome and difficult to maneuvre. Yet, we press on....please revise and add trainings on compensation and rules that ever change for bonus or sign up issues.

Unfortunate
Unfortunately, there seems to be a big problem with communication. I live in the U.S. and call that number but always get a rep. In Mexico. I placed an order but had trouble so I called and it was duplicate by the rep even though I asked he would be sure it did not happen. The rep (Mario) said it was caused by "a glitch in the system" I was charged twice which right at Christmas was difficult for me. I called and explained...was question as to fault and finally told I could send the product back and sent a shipping label. I shipped it the next day and called back a week later to confirm it's arrival at your warehouse. The rep (Carla) said it had not been received. I checked with UPS tracking and they showed it was received and signed for two days prior to my call. I called back and talk to Mario he said he would have to check into it and would call back. He never called back and it has been many days. The money was immediately taken from my bank account but it seems I can't get a refund immediately even though the problem was caused by Mannatech.

I order 5 products 3 of those came with…
I order 5 products 3 of those came with an expiration date in 2 1/2 months time (impossible to consume in such a short period). I call to ask for help and the answer from the agent was that there is nothing he can do, the only thing is to ask for a refund because it can not be warranties that the products following an order will not be about to expire! Your company as your products were highly recommended by a group of doctors and definitely the service does not.

As mentioned in my follow up to your feedback on the Ambrotose AO product, we don't EVER want to be the cause of unsolicited email. These people keep sending me order confirmations they probably have the wrong address. I've told them about six times, per email or on the phone. Now it's going to spam. This one got through i guess Edit following your response: please check the email you have on record for Louise Augoustinos.

Whomever takes care of the product page…
Whomever takes care of the product page is doing a LOUSY JOB....I went to purchase the OSP and it came up as 'NO l product', which would cause one to think, there was no such product to be had; instead of informing your customers/clients it's on "Back Order" and approx "date" it can be reordered. I just find the whole "product page"extremely frustrating. Many of the products didn't have the product picture, (for easy recognition) available but just a Big "M" picture. It actually really made me very aggravated, so I ended up calling and got a sweet rep to help. To me the "product page" has been in shambles for couple years. I would think a company as big as your, would desire to make it "customer friendly" and easy to scroll, as that also is a huge problem....its terrible to scroll down. So, I dont even feel like giving one star. Its zero stars as far as I'm concern and my opinion. However, if I was to give any stars it would be strictly for the answering reps. She was great...very pleasant, very professional and knew the products and was helpful. Hope you can do better on the product page.

We purchase the OSP and want the packets not bottles. We don’t want the tea support either. I’d rather have a choice in what I get compensated with since we don’t like the tea support.

As per the packaging, we are sorry for the back up plan that is causing issue (the individual bottles vs the conveniently packaged, individual packets). We are working with our packaging facility to get more OSP packets in stock as quickly as possible. We look forward to being able to deliver on the OSP packets that you ordered shortly.

When I called, the rep today, even after telling her I was in the hospital when this I placed the order and she immediately said I’m sorry this happened to you and with the technology, it’s easy to click the wrong response, but we’ve got a refund coming and sending you two free orders of the product.
