I give Mannatech only two stars because…
I give Mannatech only two stars because the times that I have called I was not able to talk to a representative that could speak understandable English. On two different orders I received Ambrotose product that the capsules were only half full. I left a message and the person that called me back was very rude and again I could barely understand her. I will say that the Mannatech products are excellent products for a persons good health.

Hendrik, I'm truly sorry to learn you feel this way. We'd love to make sure our products fit any budget, but we realize this isn't always the case. We strive to maintain a standard with our quality ingredients, in an effort to create lifetime customers, but this does make Mannatech a more expensive product than what you might find in a big retail outlet. I get two products every month
I get two products every month. They don't come together so I end up paying two shipping costs. Also those two products miss free shipping by 12 cents. I find that not fair and miss managing my account.

Sooooo disappointed that the company…
Sooooo disappointed that the company decided to eliminate plant-based vitamins and minerals for synthetics and inorganics. Now, we're just like 95% of all the other companies out there. Never thought, you would make this kind of decision. So much for the "REAL FOOD TECHNOLOGY," that you once advocated and promoted. Unfortunately, I will find another company for my vitamins and minerals and out of integrity to do the right thing, will recommend that my customers do the same. I have lost so much confidence in the company.

Great 5 stars products!! This is a review about Customer service
I understand how hard customer service can be however, I have called my insurance company and have gotten better service every time. Mannatech has great products, however, when it comes to customer service their company seems to hire the most snarky, insincere, and unhappy people. During my last call, I spoke to a young lady who was seriously rude and insincere. It may sound strange, but you can hear it in someone voice when they are talking down to you. It was very unpleasant and gave me the feeling that Mannatech does not care about their customers (which I hope is not true). I emailed mannatech about this encounter but never received a response. Honestly, Mannatech needs to hire a specialist who will retrain/reorg and yes fire people who are toxic to your customer service base. The call center team needs to be retrained on how to provide stellar service (and not just for the Presidentials). This problem has been going on for years and won't go away with a little tweak or modification. Mannatech needs to clean house for the sake of your customers and well being of their company. However, better yet another long term solution is to phase out the call center and completely revamp their webpage. If loyalty orders could be cancelled online that would be one reason I would never call the customer service center, but that is just me. However, this brings me to my second concern.... If someone hire up is reading this, you also need to hire an MIT intern (it's cheaper this way) who can can completely revamp the very messy and confusing mannatech website. There is no clear focus and too many products that populate when you try to shop. It can be confusing and scary for new members. In this new digital revolution when we are trying to recruit the next generation of Mannatech users, the web interface is the face of the company. If the there is no key focus and too many options the company looks messy, disorganized and untrustworthy. There are several good supplement companies out there (won't mention competitor names) who have easy to use, focused and lovely websites. In order to keep Mannatech relevant in the 21st century, the website needs to be focused, easy to nativage with a clear and simple message. In other words the website needs a major rehaul. * The only reason I know what to order was through trial/error and by listening to the most fabulous Dr. Nugent. Dr. Nugent please keep up your amazing work! Sorry two big projects, but something to really consider...a view from the front lines. Thanks! It means you want to hear from your customers and care what we think. Thank you!!! I also updated my title review. Because I don't want to take away from the fact that Mannatech has stellar products. I've done the nitty gritty research and they have a lot of transparency when it comes to research, ingredients and sourcing. Especially for their key products Ambrotose and Manipol. It will be difficult to find a better product. Noticed the updated website, looks great, however, it looks like the when you log in it's still the old website that I am no a fan of haha. Anyways, I really like the search option and virtual assistance and banner. Really like the shopping categories, however, when the products populate...still think looks confusing for a new customer. Also you can only see three products at time. Wish there was a way to dial down on what makes Mannatech different from the rest...Ambrotose and plant sourced (well mostly plant sourced with Catalyst) supplements. These are two distinguishing points I think that need to be made clear in the website for marketing. But again I think the FDA has its own ideas about language with supplements.

I really believe in the Mannatech…
I really believe in the Mannatech products; however, I lately felt that I do not get the benefit that I should. It appears as if one only gets a real benefit if you use a bundle. Because the products are expensive, in the current economic climate it is a bit of a problem.

Overall this experience is fine, a couple irritations
Overall this experience is fine. There are a lot of steps to log in to change an auto order, like entering credit card number EACH TIME. I also don’t like that I only get one reminder of an order coming up and if I change the date, there is not another reminder - card just gets charged. I would like to know each time an order is coming up no matter if I’ve already changed it once.

I'm sure it's my fault because I am not chasing you on the internet but somehow I lost my discounts for auto order. I cannot find things on the website as it has been up graded. I no longer know how to get my loyalty points into product. I LOVE the product, I am NOT a salesman! You need to encourage product usage not Sales as it will sell itself.

Hi, It was great that I was contacted to updated my card details, as since my last order I had to replace my bank credit card and did not think of my mannatech order. So that was great. However I have still not received my order. Last I saw on tracking was that they did not complete delivery. I called today and the lady said she's not sure why it was still at the depot, but would action it. Hopefully I get it soon.

Website not friendly, complicated. Associates and Customers discouraged (and penalized) from making more than one order per month (only one auto order for loyalty points). Processing subscription orders in advance (at the time most convenient for the company) regardless of date set by Associates, customers. Subscription orders take a long time to process payment giving the purchaser the impression that all is well to later find out the credit card transaction was not approved. Most special sales can only be purchased through one time order and not subscription order forcing associates/customers to make additional one time order (no loyalty points awarded and forced to pay for shipping regardless of amount purchased).
