If I could give no stars and leave a review I would!!! Horrible service reached out regarding my order was assured it had been shipped. DHL stopped updating order status on 5/1/2020. All I keep getting is it was delayed. I am out of a lot of money and haven't received items. DO NOT order from this company!!!

Unprofessional
Unprofessional How can you review a company that takes your money and doesn't get the product to the customer? Over a month and still no product, tried to contact no response. Business will be taken elsewhere.

Perfect!
It took a little longer than expected to get my masks but they are PERFECT! Customer service was really nice too when I asked about my orders location. They are 100% worth the wait. The designs are EXACTLY what they advertised. No color issues, no pattern placement issues. I'll be ordering more. I love it!

I was a bit concerned because I hadn't received my mask but they did respond through a Facebook message to assure me that it was on its way. Three weeks can seem like a long time when you have no other options/masks but it really was not a long wait. My mask is very soft and comfortable and best of all it promotes Suicide Awareness/Prevention in memory of my son. I will order again.

I was alittle concerned with getting my order cause it took a month, but with all this covid going on shipment took alittle bit longer than expected.. But I finally got my order in today. I absolutely love my mask. They look just like the pictures I seen on them. They did a wonderful job. They always emailed me back whenever I would check the status on my order. Thank you Hyper favor. Ordered two mask a month ago and never received them. I received a notice that they were being shipped, here it is a month later now they are telling me that because of covid19 there may be some delay. There was no delay in taking my money though. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

I ordered Mental Health Awareness masks…
I ordered Mental Health Awareness masks and the quality is great!!! At first some of the negative reviews had me worried about the site. It did take approximately 2 weeks for my mask to be delivered but I believe with COVID19 issues many other companies are having delivery issues. I can honestly say the masks were worth the wait. I will definitely order from Hyperfavor again.

It took a bit but I got my masks and I love them!
It took almost three weeks but I got my order! I like the masks, they are well made, cute and reusable, I would buy again. My family and friends And staff I bought them for all love them as well. Expect delays,everyone is backed up.The only three issues I had were: 1. They didn’t come with cleaning instructions 2. Customer service is hard to reach via messenger, phone, email. Would be nice to be able to reach someone, but it does seem like a small business slammed. . 3. Their website has issues with tracking. Mine says still processing (Ordered April 23rd, received May 16th) not bad but the tracking still says processing even though I got mine today. I like mine and plan on ordering again
