Ordered 2 masks on July 1st. Nothing yet. Got a shipping number that hasn't changed anything since Monday. Losing faith every day that I'll get my masks snug **Edited review So I finally recieved my masks after 3 weeks. I love them! They are very comfy and just what I ordered. I guess you just have to be patient.

I ordered my masks on July 4th
I ordered my masks on July 4th. An email was sent from your company on July 7th stating the order was processed. Then another email followed providing a tracking number via DHL. Go track the package again today and July 7th is still the last date for activity🙃. What is going on with my purchase?

Most comfortable mask I've had so far and the picture of my dog looks exactly like the picture I uploaded. My kids and I are soooo happy with our new masks, I'm ordering more of them! :)

The masks were perfect. The photo of my dog that I downloaded came out beautifully. It did take a little while for them to be delivered but it was worth the wait!

This company is a scam!
I ordered masks on July 2, 2020. Website states shipped July 6 and provided a tracking number. That number goes to DHL and states package in transit from their Georgia location, about 3 hours away from me. Contacted Hyperfavor and was told it was shipped from their Wyoming location and to allow 6-10 business days. Today is 10th business was day and still no record of anything through DHL or USPS. After reading reviews here and on the Better Business Bureau website I am sure I will not receive the masks or a refund so will be disputing the transaction through my credit card tomorrow.

Complete scammers!
Ordered masks and filters on June 18th and have yet to receive them! I got an email with a DHL tracking number on July 9th and nothing since. Normally I check page transparency on Facebook before I order but this one time I didn’t. If I had I would have seen it was out of Vietnam and I wouldn’t have ordered. Total scam!!

DO NOT ORDER
DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a month ago and my tracking number says the same exact thing it did over 2 weeks ago. I’ve asked for a refund and they just sent me the same tracking number and told me to wait. Also there has been an article written about their despicable FB ad tactics.

Seems Like A Company That Is Striving To Make Their Customers Happy
The shipping was a little backed up because of the virus but when I notified Hyperfavor about the shipping they jumped right on it and I had my masks a few days later.

Do Not waste your money with this company!!
They say your order has shipped when it really hasn’t. Then they refuse to refund your money. I have been waiting a month for my product. And they keep coming up with excuses!

Love my masks
Love my masks! It took 18 days from placing order to receiving it. Received DHL tracking number right away which didn’t update for almost 13 days which caused some concern. But customer service was great! Planning on ordering more!

Don't order from them, overseas company
On July 8 I placed an order for two mask, that according to the site, will be ship within 4-5 business days. 9 days later I contact the company and they told me that due to the virus the factory is being overwhelmed with orders and that I need it to be patient. the nerve!.. Anyhow, I contacted the Company again since I haven't heard anything from them in 9 more days with the same apologetic response and thanking me for my patients. Then on July 18 I was send a tracking number to check the progress of this order. Well, the package got to Send from Somewhere in GA with DHL... who uses DHL in the USA.. Only other countries do. So red flag to me when I saw this. The package has be in route since the 18 but stop somewhere between GA and NC with no movement in 8 days. At this point i believe the package is lost somewhere.. If I don't receive my mask this week I will dispute the charges to my credit card. Pleas evade this stragglers and don't buy from this company, they are overseas, maybe China. False advertising!

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and I haven't even received an email that it has shipped. I emailed and no response. Do not order from here! So days after my original post they gave me the option to edit my review. Here we go. So they sent me an email saying the item has been shipped with a tracking number thats untrackable (lol) 24 hours later. Its still at the facility. Mind you all this is just coming from Dallas. I live in Houston so nothing to do with covid and shipping.
