Love my mask

Do not order from this company!!
I order 4 mask a month ago. I have yet to receive them. They gave tracking information saying that it was being sent to the distribution center but that was over 2 weeks ago and there has been no change since then. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! CoVid or weather delays should not hold up mail for a month. No communication is being given as to why there is such a delay. Horrible customer service!

They make good custom face masks
I like the company Hyperfavor I ordered a custom face mask and it looked just like the advertisement photo on Facebook. Delivery was like 3 weeks but I did receive my purchase. If you wanna a custom face mask I recommend Hyperfavor!!

I ordered a XXX Large shirt and the one…
Updated to 5 stars today as the seller did ship a replacement for the shirt that was originally way too small. This one fits well and looks great. It is a very lightweight fabric which is great for the Texas heat. Updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars because Hyperfavor was very fast and helpful in their quick response to this problem. When I get the shirt in the correct size I will have no problem in increasing the rating to a full 5 star.

Sizing
Make sure you pay attention to the sizing chart. A 2x would normally be a little loose on me, I ordered a 2x and can barely close the buttons. I typically wear xl t shirts, I would need a minimum 4x for these. Cool print, though. Update: contacted the company and they are sending me the correct size at no charge. Quality customer service!

BEAWARE **SMOKING MIRRORS** Beware that this company is not here in the US but is managed from China. I ordered mask from this company based on advertisement from FB. What I didn't do before ordering is go to their FB page and read their transparency. The respond to people comments saying that mask are shipped in 3-5 days. I placed an order with them on July 11 and did not hear anything from them until I reached to support about not receiving my tracking information yet. On the 23rd of July they sent my a tracking number that said that my package was on the way and that they were located in Union City, GA which is a couple hours from my house. The tracking did not move from when they orginally scanned the label until August 4th. I still did not recieve my mask until August 9th. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!

Order a group of three cerebral palsy…
Order a group of three cerebral palsy warrior masks to support my daughter who has cerebral palsy. I love the masks. They fit perfectly and the material is soft and breathable. I will be ordering more (kid sizes) for my daughter and other designs.

Excellent masks

Not cool
It has been almost two months. And I still have not got my mask. When I reached out on Facebook they gave me a new tracking number for USPS. Still nothing when I reached back out. They blocked me. So you took my money then blocked me. Wow. Totally a scam. Thieves. Don’t order anything from them.

Size Chart - needs updating
I recently just got a shirt I ordered, and it was way smaller than I expected. The shirt is a really tight fit on me, and I had trouble buttoning it up all the way. Normally I would be a medium, but I think a large, or even 2XL would have been better. These shirts are made smaller than expected, which should be noted on the website so people can correctly get the right sizes. Other than that, it looks great, and is a unique product UPDATE: After my original post, their customer service/support team reached out to me, and are currently sending me the correct size. They also updated their size chart. They are very helpful, and quick to reply, and I appreciate their willingness to help

Great Masks!
The masks that I ordered for the teachers in my school were soft and well made. Many of the teachers commented them on being comfortable as well! The order was not without a bit of a hiccup, but the company worked well with me to correct an error and provided me with excellent customer service.

Beautiful Comfortable Well-Fitting Masks
I placed an order for 25 teacher themed masks - 5 different designs with personalization. It took about 6 weeks to receive my order - just in time for the start of school. The masks are beautiful, very comfortable, and well-fitting. Customer service was very responsive to my emails in regards to updates on my order.

Absolutely the worst quality shirts
Absolutely the worst quality shirts. I asked to return them for a refund and they point me to there policy that states they acknowledge the poor quality but can’t make everyone happy!!!! Stay away from these scammers *Ask for their reply, as a consumer you have no idea what you’re buying some times online until you receive it. They understand that but still refused to refund your purchase if you’re not happy with it.

One star is extremely generous
One star is extremely generous. The Product isn't worth returning. After several attempts to get a refund I had to turn it over to my CC company and file a dispute. Providing photos, and several emails was of no avail. There were no instructions attached with your first response. I have taken pictures of the three shirts. The XXL is sitting on the light blue xxl Columbia shirt, The two LG shirts are sitting on top of Maroon LG shirts for comparison.Additionally they are shown with yard sticks for measurements. The Tags for the Columbia Shirts are also attached. Now please credit my card and instructions for return of the shirts. Your response after 6 other e-mails: Thank you for your photos. However we regret to say that we could not access all of your above files to see your photos. Please attach them again so that we could check and handle this problem for you. Once again, we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your time and understanding.
