Excellent Info to Decide on Purchase
Excellent product pictures. The product pictures gave multiple angles and were extremely important in making the final buy decision. We could tell from the images that the product was well engineered and fit our needs.

Garbage. DO NOT order. DO a google search and find a reputable company like Wayfair to order from. My furniture stated 2-3 weeks shipping BEFORE I ordered. 2 months later, still not shipped from the warehouse. The customer service rep, Wendy got even more confused and delayed my shipment. It arrived damaged. I requested the refund 5x!! What kind of trashy company is this??? Seriously, save yourself the time and money.

Great online prices but even better customer service
Customer service provided by Faith was beyond exceptional. And Grayson's prices were the best we could find online. In January 2022, we wanted to place a substantial (nearly $7,000) order for Copeland furniture using the Make Offer option on Grayson's website (Copeland is excluded from Grayson's standard discount promotions, which was 10% at that time). We asked for a 5% discount but Grayson responded by offering us a 10% discount instead! Who does that?!!! Unfortunately, in August 2022, 3 items arrived direct from Copeland damaged. We filed a claim with Grayson, accompanied by many photos as requested. Faith, in Customer Service, handled our claim efficiently and to our full satisfaction, ordering replacements for 2 pieces that were damaged beyond repair and giving us a reasonable discount on another item that suffered minimally visible damage. The replacements arrived in perfect condition. In a separate order in 2022, we purchased a Copeland table. When the piece was delivered, we were unhappy with the appearance of some of the pieces of cherry wood Copeland selected for the table top. Faith attempted to get Copeland to replace the top but Copeland refused. So, Faith offered to order a new top from Copeland (and a slightly larger size that actually worked better for us) for a very minimal price, with Grayson's customary free shipping. The new top was much more attractive than the original, so we wound up better off with the larger table for a minimal upcharge. Congrats to Faith and Grayson for turning an unsatisfactory experience into an overall positive result. We would definitely order from Grayson again.

The furniture I ordered is GORGEOUS. I seriously couldn't be happier with how our bedroom turned out! Jordan was an absolute rock star to work with and even worked with us through a bit of a shipping issue (they made the issue right and it was quickly resolved). Great employee and beautiful furniture. Highly recommend.

Great experience!
I was a little hesitant to order furniture online but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. And, I’m so happy I did! Grayson Living made the experience easy; customer service was responsive and kept me updated from the time of purchase through shipping. Initially, shipping was expected to be delayed, however, I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified my items were arriving early. They arrived exceptionally well packed and in perfect condition. Very satisfied customer here!

Horrible customer service!
Though the chairs I ordered are beautiful, this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered the chairs on 1/3/23 and didn't receive them until 4/8/23. The customer service response was horrible. The manager's response was horrible. No one could give me a good answer as to why my chairs took so long to deliver. I will never order from them again, and I will tell everyone I know to never order from them!

Genuine and honest customer service
I had a great time narrowing down my purchase decision with Grayson Living. Buying online is convenient but sometimes a risk. Now that my new dining table was delivered, I can say the help from Grayson is genuine. The table was exactly as expected. Delivery team were professional. Some parts were missing for the assembly but the delivery team had some extra they used to finish the delivery!
