The bed had small damage…
The bed was delivered with small damage, but the company was attentive and addressed the issue right away.. Great Customer service and Beautiful bed! My granddaughter Loves it!

Nice looking loveseat
Nice looking loveseat, but it is not that comfortable as a sleeper. In addition, the mechanism to convert it into a sleeper, which seemed quite simple and straight forward in the video, is not if you put the loveseat on a carpeted room. It came apart and we had to put it together again.

If you do not live in their immediate area they won't give you many choices for delivery. They told me they came to my area twice a month. Everything else was fine

The delivery was ok
The delivery was ok; there were two people, one nice and one not so. We told him where to put the sofa and where not to. After they left, we realized that the couch was not where we spoke. So, we needed it to move it, if not, you could not open the door. Otherwise, the sofa looks Ok-ish; a bit complicated to open it, but you get used to it.

Broken part and no resultion after 5 days.
The order took linger than promised but I can forgive that given the current climate for shipping. But a part was broken and after five days, still no resolution.

Abandonment Issues
They delivered my futon frame on the day scheduled and not too late in the day. However, I had trouble converting the frame to a sofa from a bed and vice versa. I watched a video several times that was made by the manufacturer and even contacted them via e-mail support, but did not receive an answer. Likewise from Futonland. Unfortunately, that’s today’s customer service: we’ve got your money now you’re on your own!

Item = Satisfied! Customer Service = Could Be Better
The item ordered came as ordered, as scheduled & is a great piece of furniture. Customer service, however, could use some improvement. Tho the person assisting me with choosing a new futon frame, because the one I ordered online was actually out of stock, got the job done, he was also argumentative & never wrong. If u can overlook that, as well as the number given as a contact being disconnected & also ignore being hung up on rather than asked to hold & reconnected, when calling the main company number, then it's a good deal

Delivery experience was a letdown
My experience in the store was good. My experience with the delivery was so-so. I took the earliest delivery I could as I have been without a couch for a month. I was not given a choice of delivery time and was assigned 5-8 pm. On the given day I heard nothing from the delivery drivers till 8:01 pm when they said they were 10-15 min away. No call saying we're running behind. When they got here they were nice but rushed. One guy carried the base frame up 2 flights because it did not fit in elevator and I could hear him hit the wall several times on way up, which sucked because the frame was unwrapped. I had bought a floor model and the cushions came wrapped but not the frame with wood legs. The delivery man said that was the choice of the warehouse. I think the legs should have been wrapped since they had wood parts. Maybe the guy should have gone slower so he didn't hit things. Maybe the two men should have carried the frame together. In my apt the guy hit my wall with the frame again and put a divot in the wall. Also one of the wood legs isn't straight. Not a great experience.

The sales representatives in the store were more than exceptional. They were very informative and helpful and spent alot of time with us. I do think that the prices are extremely high and the reason we made a purchase was because of the sales rep being so amazing and we also needed something quick

Good futon; disorganized payment/delivery system (I'm still owed a refund...)
The futon arrived just fine and is as advertised. For that, five stars! But wait. Three. Why: the particular futon I ordered was under "Clearance," which seems to suggest a desire to clear stuff out - and, I paid for special delivery, so a specific time could be set up. Then I got a call. Despite being on clearance, the item wouldn't be "back on line" for something like two weeks at least (so it's being called "clearance"...why?), and the delivery really wouldn't work...upshot - the futon would be arriving sometime in September, and I'd have to go with free delivery via FedEx, who I was assured would be happy to arrange a time frame with me. Futonland would promptly refund my delivery fee (and they did send me a revised invoice very quickly). THEN, I get a notification that the "unavailable" futon will actually be arriving pretty quick, via FedEx - where it turned out there was no way, none whatsoever, to even find out roughly what time of day it'd be arriving. While that ended up working out fine, it very well may not have. I could have been stuck at home all day waiting (which was exactly why I wanted special delivery in the first place). Finally, despite over a week passing since I was told I'd get a refund for that special delivery fee, there is still no refund posted in my account. / Update: after writing to Futonland to remind them of this last fact, they did jump on it and refund that delivery fee. I think they really are doing their best - it's just that whether because of understaffing or some other reason, in this one experience with them, their best was a bit haphazard. All that said, the futon continues to be just fine, and exactly as it was advertised.

I'm sorry to hear about some of the issues you've experienced. I would like to clear things up a bit, the futon mattress that you've purchased is not a clearance item and if was shipped to you directly from our vendor, as far as FedEx delivery we did email shipping update with tracking number, unfortunately, there is no way for us to know what time they would come to you with that package. Lastly, refund of delivery fees, it was done few days after confirmation and it usually takes about 5 business days for the credit to show up on your statement. I'm glad everything worked out and you are happy with your mattress purchase. Thank you for your business and a feedback.

I do not need to reiterate my anger and disappointment with my complaint regarding the topper...the price and that there was no covering to protect the styrofoam. Price point was good... futon for me very uncomfortable ... return policy wasn’t even worth giving the piece back ... they charge you again to pick up the piece and a 20 percent restocking fee. Please check your return policy before purchasing Never again

Nice sofa but took longer than promised
The sofa we ordered took longer than what was promised - we we're told it was in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks and it took 6 weeks. The only reason we ordered from here was because they promised 2-3 weeks. Also when it finally arrived into the city there was no urgency at all to get it delivered to us or follow through - we had to keep calling them to check on it. The sofa itself is nice.
