Sunny, it is very unfortunate that the sofa bed was damage while closing. We had picked up your sofa bed for a full refund. Im sorry we could not find another solution for you

I ordered a product 1/10
I ordered a product 1/10. Was told the money wouldn’t be taken out until it was being shipped. Money was taken out a few days later and futon/mattress wasn’t shipped for 4 weeks. The delivery company Futonland used scheduled me twice only to find out the day of delivery it wasn’t coming. It finally comes 12/6 and the arm is split. I call, send videos, pictures etc without response. Now when I call, I get put on hold and no one comes back to phone emails go without response and today the woman said I was told you should call corporate. Put me on hold to gather my information ( which comes up when you call per their customer service team) and never came back. I now have a 1000.00 piece that’s broken and no way to get my money back or a new arm piece.

It's been over a month an I have not received my order yet. Two calls and two promises to call back and all they can tell me is it's in a warehouse in LA. So they ship it from New Jersey to LA instead of Montana. Hmmm?

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!
Purchased a futon with additional add ons only to be delivered something else. There was no contact made to give me an opportunity to decide if I wanted to proceed with the order despite them not having what I wanted. Furthermore, I was given a delivery date that was changed and the only reason I knew is because I called to confirm the original date. First representative was extremely rude because I was unhappy about the inconvenience that she has no explanation for. Such a horrible way to conduct business

Worst experience ever dealing with a…
Worst experience ever dealing with a company. My order was rescheduled multiple times (6) where each time I was told to stay home for 4-6 hours. The order was cancelled by futonland while I was still awaiting delivery. Customer service was not helpful. Order from a local retailer instead. I do not recommend this company.

Poor quality
The bed came damaged. There was no visable damage done to the outside of the box, so it must’ve been boxed up clearly not built well.

Arrived Damaged
Ordered from Futonland and had it shipped to Florida. I attempted to use the futon 3 months later for my son who was home from college for the holidays. When I tried to open the futon it wouldn’t open all the way, was off the tracks and wasn’t level on the floor. I watched the video and it was opened as recommended. After sending photos, emails and making multiple calls to Futonland; their recommendation was to find someone to repair it and they would walk them through the steps. Needless to say, after paying for the futon, plus $500 for shipping, hiring and paying someone to fix it wasn’t an option. It is disappointing to pay for a product that was damaged & disheartening I had to resort to an air mattress.

TERRIBLE
Consistent with miscommunication via phone and emails in addition to getting delivery nearly 5 months later. No instructions in package as promised when delivered and supplemental links were barely helpful. Will not recommend! Truly disappointing.

I have been waiting for my queen-sized…
I have been waiting for my queen-sized Nico love seat sleeper for 2 months. It has been on a 3rd party shipping truck since May 5th, and when I call to ask about it I get the runaround. It is en route, it is on the way, but no one knows where it is. Very expensive, sofa, and the client service is appallingly unprofessional. No one knows anything, no ONE CARES ABOUT WHERE IT IS OR WHY I HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT YET.

Very bad service They charge $165 for white glove service They call you they tell you delivery between 4:00and 7:00 pm I riceve a call at 8:45 pm telling me they will be at my house in 20 minutes They show up at 9:15 open the furniture boxes und the rain and bring insieme all wet I dry the furniture and also they need my help to bring the furniture upstairs and they use my tools to put it together I call the company and they tell me that can give me as good customer $25 credit and that will call me the next day Still waiting for them to call me back On top of that the furniture was not the one that they show me in the show room and was missing all the electrical Sistem Frode frode frode

Buy somewhere else.
The return and exchange policy is a joke. After the fact that a piece of my furniture was damaged during the build process and the installers had it hidden but i finally saw it the next day and its been a headache since.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Was contacted by a sales agent after leaving my first review and told me I would be compensated for my shipping fee after waiting almost a month for delivery. Still waiting for for shipping refund. Seems like they only community with customers when bad reviews are left. But they won't try to communicate with you during the order process. My delivery was was rescheduled FOUR different times due to "communication issues". I've been waiting since the beginning of April for this refund. It's almost May -__-

Double Foam 8 Inch Futon from Futonland
I purchased a Double Foam 8 Inch Futon Mattress by Gold Bond (GB-611)This is garbage quality. Nothing as shown or described. This futon mattress feels solid rock nothing like foam. Once they sell it to you, too bad so sad. You are stuck with it. Please be careful buying this product and dealing with this unprofessional company. They are not taking responsibility for their very extremely low quality product. They will refer you back to the description which makes it sound as a very comfortable mattress. In addition, it will NOT fit a cover with an 8' thickness. Extremely disappointed. I hope you don't fall into the trap.

It is unfortunate that you are not happy with your purchase, this was an online order and we did follow up with a phone call to make sure you are getting the right item for the purpose. We understand that purchasing a mattress without trying it out could be a challenge. Based on our store policy and health reasons we do not accept returns on open/used mattresses. ( posted on our site). However, we are willing to work with you on this and would like to offer you to exchange the mattress for a softer one. Demands you call them / attempt to upsell
Most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had shopping online. I purchased a floor lamp. Order went through and everything seemed fine, but a couple days later they contacted me under the guise that my order could not be processed correctly, demanding I call them to confirm delivery details. They then refused to send me the lamp unless I spoke with them on the phone. They wouldn’t answer any of my questions via email (they kept sending me the same boilerplate response requesting I call them) and then finally cancelled my order. At least I got a refund, but apparently they want none of my business if I’m not willing to have them upsell me more furniture over the phone. I shop online for the convenience of not speaking to salespeople. I have never ordered online from a company that refuses to communicate via email. That’s not customer service, it’s an obvious attempt to try to sell you more (which I’ve seen confirmed by other reviews on here). Outrageous.

Very disappointed in the customer…
Very disappointed in the customer service. I sent emails that they didn’t respond to about a price match guarantee bc I found the same bed cheaper on another website. They just never responded despite several follow ups. Finally talked to a customer service representative, who was rude, and they sent me a cancellation form as I wanted to cancel my purchase. I even got no response when I submitted the cancellation form. I am a very laid back and easy going person. I’ve never been so disappointed in customer service. The item I bought was delivered and now I’m stuck with it. It’s good quality but I would never buy anything from them again based on my experience.

The futon came damaged. The shipping company was a pain to deal with. I still don’t have a resolution or a working futon weeks after I ordered it. Definitely not worth the headache!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They don't deliver their product or on their promise, but they sure as heck will take your money (they charged my credit card, but I never received the kitchen table set I ordered - I ordered it in JUNE 2020 and here we are 9/30/20 with still no product from this sham of a business!). The only thing I have received from them are excuses upon MORE excuses - no furniture, no satisfactory resolving of the issue. Just don't with them!
