Not good
Not good, the delivery folks didn’t deliver my bed until the following Monday and I had to pay an extra $171.00. The delivery people never left a card indicating that they came to my home. Patrick, the salesman was rude and unprofessional. The delivery person chipped off a piece of wood on my bed. I will never ever order anything else from Futonland or advise my family or friends to purchase anything from them.

I would give 0 stars if possible
I would give 0 stars if possible. I received a motorized reclining sectional that worked for 6 days. After 3 months of trying to get this resolved and getting lied to by Patrick several times, we want a full refund and the sectional picked up. Patrick has supposedly forwarded our case to his supervisor, but we have not received a response (nor a name) This has been the WORST experience we have ever had with a company and we are prepared to take legal action if this is not taken care of.

Terrible experience
The company was very slow to communicate and coordinate shipping. I did not receive a shipping date until I threatened to cancel my order. Once the delivery was scheduled I was told driver would contact me 2 days before delivery to confirm so that we could schedule someone to be home. I received a text from driver 30 minutes before arrival. Upon opening box and beginning to put the product together (which should definitely be done prior to shipment) I discovered the front piece of the furniture was broken. I have to now wait on a replacement piece to be delivered. Honestly I wish I had never purchased from this company. I am not sure after I receive the part if I will be satisfied as I have not seen the piece put together. Anything that requires this much effort and problems should be avoided.

You charge far too much for shipping
You charge far too much for shipping; I purchased a futon from somebody else. The futon was $30 more, but the shipping was free!

This rating is strictly based on the late delivery! I will not be able to put it together until September! I will be gone for the next 3 months. I was only at my condo for a certain time frame. I was told that it was in stock, and would probably be delivered early. It came 5 days late!! I had to go out of town before it was delivered.

They delivered the correct item but…
They delivered the correct item but completely different color. This was for our vacation house. And since we don't leave there permanently it's difficult to return as we need to be home on pick up day... I'll not buy anything anymore from this website

My futon came damaged when I took the…
My futon came damaged when I took the parts out of the boxes. The wood has marks and dents around the entire frame. The assembly was not hard to figure out, however - the futon is not user friendly when it comes to pulling it out for sleep. I have a queen frame, and there should be a better way for the futon frame to expand without two people helping. The mobility of movement for the frame should have been manufactured more advanced than what it is currently.

Refused to sell me a futon cover without my address - might have the wrong date
First time I went to the (empty) store, I was completely ignored. The second time when I tried to buy a cover with a credit card, I was asked for my address. When I said for the second time I couldn’t understand why it would be needed, the salesperson said “I will speak very slowly since you have trouble understanding things, I can’t sell this to you without your address”. I left - with no sale.

Why are same covers different?
I ordered two of the same futon covers, just in different colors. One is soft and comfortable and the other is hard and canvas like. When I spoke to customer service to find out why they are different, they had no idea. Their suggestion was to was return it and pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Wonderful customer service.

Terrible experience- will never use…
Terrible experience- will never use them again! The cover I got looks absolutely nothing like the picture in the website- the color variation is significant. But if I want to return it I have to pay shipping and restocking fees. When you call customer service number the voicemail is full.

I bought 2 sleeper sofa
I bought 2 sleeper sofa. They have broke,scraches,missing stuff. I called them, they said, we can send to you technician. How possible your technician can change cotton. I bought brand new stuff, i paid for this. You gonna give me new one or return.

Futon cover smelled horrible upon arrival
Bought, shipped and received without a problem. Upon opening the futon cover it smelled horrible. Washed and dried as directed and it looks terrible. Not at all happy with the product. Going to wash it again with hopes it will improve its looks.

This company is a total scam!!!
Worse purchase and customer service I have ever received. I purchased a king bed set and received a queen bed set after spend nearly 6000. Mgmt also lied about trying to resolve the issue only to find out the item I purchased was never available. This company is a total scam.

The team that bring your furniture in…
The team that bring your furniture in your home are very unorganized lazy and they bought the furniture in my apartment complaining that the area was to small in which I know was not true they just wasn’t trying after I moved my deep freezer over a little it fit according to them there is some pieces that go under the unit that they have to drill on that came off that I had to make them put on but when they left I examine the furniture it was left on the side of the furniture then in top of that there was a lot of chips that I consider damages that make the furniture look ugly that they bought in that I didn’t see until they left the bad thing that I think is disgusting is you make the customer pay $130.65 for work that is not even worth it you will never have to worry about me getting anything from your company anymore and I would not refer your company to a friend.

If you need a futon that that don’t…
If you need a futon that they don’t have in stock at their store and you need the futon within the next year look elsewhere. Futon itself is in great condition but I ordered my futon on August 15th 2021 and after numerous calls to them finally had my futon delivered on June 11th 2022. I was initially told a 10 week delivery time but instead it took 10 months.

Take your business elsewhere!
The sofa we ordered wasn't delivered the first time. When I called the delivery service of Futonland the individual I spoke to was rude and blamed me for failed delivery and demanded more money to deliver a week later. So I had to wait for one more week. The second time they failed to deliver again within the given time window. The right thing would be to send them back, but I accepted the delivery and now regret that I did. The delivery team was in a hurry, they did not attach one of the bolts connecting the sofa's body with the side. When I asked to correct the problem, they refused and left. Now I am not sure whether the product is structurally safe since the side is not properly attached (missing the bolt). Also, one of the attached legs is skewed. So, now I am $1100 dollars out with lots of wasted time and, most likely, defective product. Take you business elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !

I bought a bed frame and their delivery…
I bought a bed frame 1 Their delivery left a lot of scratches on my newly put floor and a dent on the freshly painted wall. 2. Bed frame had issues. Headboard was not connected to the frame and it was swinging. 3. The legs were misassembled by the delivery. Their service person came back to assemble it correctly. Because of issue #2, I had to return the bed.

I was assured that this product was real marble twice and guess what? It wasn't. I'm waiting on my refund and for product to be picked-up. Still no response. Not only that the dimension specifications listed this as 60" and it's not, I sent a picture and still no reply.
