No Returns or Exchanges
I bought a hoodie around Christmas time and when I received it I realized it was too small. This was no problem I just called customer service and asked for a return shipping label and I was told that shipping cost to much to do a return and asked if I would accept a 5 dollar voucher. I told them, no, that the hoodie was 30 dollars and I would accept that amount in a voucher. I was then told to just gift the hoodie to a friend and was offered an 8 dollar voucher. I told them that if they couldn't do returns that they should have stated that on their website and in response I was told that I could pay 12 dollars for the right sized sweater to be shipped to me. I refused and demanded my money. All in all I will never shop here again.

Faulty item and refusal of a refund
I bought £33 jeans that took a whole month to arrive and then when they finally arrived the zip was broken and only attached on one side. I emailed the support team about a return and provided pictures to then be met with an offer of a £3.68 gift card because the issue is “not a quality problem” i returned the email stating i expect a full refund as it very much is a quality problem. To this they replied that they will up my gift card to £4.42! To no surprise i was and still am not happy and then informed them that i will not endure any return costs and i will expect a full refund as the policy on their website states that if a quality problem is the issue they cover return costs and provide a refund. I was then offered a 10% (which is only £3) refund and was urged to not return the item!! The matter is an utter joke and i urge everyone not to purchase from the company as not only are they despicable the quality of the products are very cheap.

DO NOT ORDER THERE! I ordered 3 track suit combos and received them after over a month. All of them are such a cheap quality, they are as thin as paper and do not look like the pictures at all. It is such scam and total joke that they take such high prices for those products. 50 Euro for a paper thin and super low quality item? You are better off ordering at wish, at least the items there are cheap. Now the Emmiol Team refuses to give me a refund and I even have to pay more and pay for the shipping costs for the return. @ Emmiol Team, do not comment on here, if you do not plan to refund me ;)

Shop elsewhere if you can
Ordered some trousers (medium size) based on the sizing guide on the Emmiol website, The size that arrived had 'M' marked on the label but was significantly smaller than the sizing guide. When we requested a refund, based on the fact that the size guide was inaccurate, we were told that we would have to pay for the return to an address in China and that additional customs charges may apply and at no point was there a commitment to refund part or all of the cost of the item or the postage to us. At no point did the company address our specific reason nor did they accept they should refund us. We were offered a $5 gift card to spend on future purchases with them. Decided to keep the trousers and sell ourselves to recover some of our loss.

I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. I ordered a pair of pants almost a month ago and they have not arrived. When I track the order with the tracking number provided it said it was delivered to Pitney bowes in Atlanta two weeks ago and there have been no updates since then. Not sure if my order is ever going to come.

Worst website ever —AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Worst website ever. Please avoid. My daughter ordered something for £60+ online and they sent something completely different and accepted fault but only refunded $8!!! Total rip-off. Absolutely shocking quality of clothing. Totally different to photos listed on the website. A giant hole in the seam of some trousers. In the process of obtaining a full refund however given the other reviews I’m not very hopeful. I can’t quite believe this company has anything slightly above a 1 star rating and is still trading. The company should be utterly ashamed they are taking peoples money in return for the rubbish clothing they are sending out. Don’t waste your time or money

Return policy is non existent
I purchased an item that looked completely different with what I received and it took about 3 weeks to arrive! The item was very cheap material and could not stay in place (was a corset top), for which I paid a fair price (22 british pounds) plus the postage of about 8 pounds. When you contact them to return an item, they ask you to keep it!!! I had 4 emails exchanged until they provided me their return address to China! And guess what, I need to pay again for the postage, no bar code provided by them or print label and they will only refund me for the item price! Horrendous service!!! Don't waste your money on this.

Complete crap
Complete crap. Not only will your order take over 2 months to receive, they’ll email you a month and a half in telling you that what you ordered is out of stock. Then they’ll say “you can send us a link to a product in the same price range and we’ll send that instead!”- and then they stop replying to your emails. I never was rude in any of my emails, and I tried asking just to get my money back... but nothing. I took a chance ordering from here and regret it. It’s bad quality, it smells, and it doesn’t even get delivered. I received 2 items out of three that I’m never going to wear. Also now I just feel guilty because the people who work in the warehouses are probably extremely underpaid and mistreated. Just don’t. Buy from a reputable brand.

Faulty goods - No refund - Scam site
My daughter eventually received some jeans that cost over £30. When she tried them on the zip fell apart on first try on. We have over the last few weeks contacted the email contact to return for refund and have been asked to send photos... of which we have done. No reply since and no return or refund. I have advised my daughter against using dodgy sellers such as this in the future. Do not use them as they are clearly a scam site. We have raised the issue with paypal who hopefully will get my 16 year old daughter her money back as £30 is alot to her as she is still in school. Please note - Many reviews on here are fake. I have reported them to trustpilot Update - we have had a reply finally and been told we need to pay $15 to return to China! This is illegal in the uk. The faulty item should not cost us to return. You have been warned. Will be making PayPal look into this further

I didn’t read the reviews before buying and regret it. As all of the other bad reviews state, the clothes were completely different than the photos. The pants I ordered took over a month to arrive and they are super super thin and a bit tight. They aren’t the worst, but they definitely are not what I was expecting-especially for the price. The pants are literally so thin the quality is like that of those $5 stores. Never buying from here even again

I purchased a dress that looked completely different to what I received. The quality is just awful and the dress I bought wasn’t cheap! The material is so cheap and see through and different from the picture - it’s a knock of version with poor measurements. This site shouldn’t be allowed to use pictures that clearly are not their own as this is false advertisement. Be aware and do not order from this site they’ll just steal your money!

Worse than terrible
Absolutely shocking. Item delivered was nowhere near as described, shoddy quality and badly fitting hung off my daughter and really thin fabric. Emailed for a refund to be told to consider keeping the item or to give it to a suitable friend or family... this was a pair of trousers that my 14 year old daughter paid nearly £40 for out of her birthday money and they are telling her to give them away!!!! They have since ignored all my further emails regarding a refund. Do Not Order from here what a rip off. Am disgusted, places like this should not be allowed. They tempt younger people who then lose their money. They should be ashamed of themselves. If could given minus stars I would. No option for zero stars...what's that all about!? Clearly aware that they would be inundated with bad reviews, i nearly didn't bother as I couldn't give zero stars, but didn't want anyone else to lose their money.

The worst company to deal with
The worst company to deal with, infact they don't deal with you once they have your money. My poor daughter who is only 14 purchased an item which when it arrived looked nothing like the picture on their website. The quality and fit of the product was beyond terrible. Looking for an option to return goods on their website and all you can do is email support. They finally reply and tell us that returns are not allowed, but we can have a voucher to spend with them for 5 pounds, the rubbish item my daughter purchased was 40 pounds, and why would I want to then spend more money with them as they have been so awful, what a customer journey!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
