It was terrible I order jeans 3 months ago and still have not revived my package. I have emailed them multiple time and they have responded once telling me to just wait, when they said it would take 6-22 business days to get to me and it never did. they said because they had already shipped it I can get in refund that is completely crap they will scam you and take your money do not buy from here.

This online store has very poor…
This online store has very poor customer service. I've emailed them four times about returning an item and they just reply with elusive and vague emails saying they'll offer a discount on my next purchase. The item I received is a designer knockoff and the fit of the garment is so small that it's obvious that they do not know the true sizes in the United States. I will not purchase from this online store again. Very poor customer service. It will most likely cost me more than the actual item for shipping to return it to China. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

SCAM FRAUD WEBSITE
SCAM FRAUD WEBSITE Ordered an item and never received it. Tracking number does not work and they speed up to destroy your order before you even know it so you are not able to claim a refund!!! These kind of companies should be seud!!!

BEWARE HORRIBLE COMPANY
I highly recommend that you don't purchase anything from this company. Very poor quality, clothing looks and feels cheap. After a month of trying to get their return address they finally agreed to give it to me so that I could return all the clothes that my daughter purchased without my permission. I received notice that the items were received over a month and a half ago and still have yet to receive a refund. Every time I contact them they ask for the same information that I have already given them (tracking number, order number, etc). What a SCAM.

Missing items & poor quality
I ordered 5 items 3 of them never arrived, then month or so later I got an email saying they were out of stock. The jeans I ordered were very very poor quality to the point I didn’t even wear them they looked super cheap. The skirt and top set I got was very very thin see through all over but not in the picture

Clothing not as advertised
I wish I’d looked at reviews before ordering. I ordered a jumper in a 2XL as wanted oversized as it looks on the model but went large as Asian models are small. I’m a UK 10-12 so not large. It came and it’s not oversized just looks slightly big. Politely asked how to return for a refund and told it would take too long to return to China plus I would only get a partial refund! The postage was £7.99 for an item that is mis-sold, poor quality, and not what it seems. It’s clearly a one size item not extra large as the measurements state. They offered me £3 refund, then £5, then £6. I’ve refused. They even suggested I gift the jumper to a neighbour or a friend. I don’t have any teeny Asian friends who would look right in this. UPDATE: the company did get back to me and have now actually given me a full refund. They kept offering me more and more first £3, then £6 then what they said was the full price of £10.79. My order said £12.73 plus £7.99 postage. I opened a case with PayPal and the jumper did indeed show £10.89 plus the postage. The full price of the order was £17.82 so the jumper was £9.83 due to discounts applied. Anyway, to be fair, I’ve got my money back and they don’t want the item back so if nothing else, it’s good customer service. It looks stupid on me so I’ll gift it to a smaller relative. It’s been a lot of hassle and emails but thankfully got my money back. Just beware of ordering unless you’re as petite as Asian women.

Loved the clothes
Loved the clothes! All super good quality which is something I was worried about since it’s all pretty cheaply priced but everything I received was extremely good quality! Only thing is shipping takes a few weeks but I think their price & stock are definitely worth it! Definitely shopping here again

We insist in returning the truosers we bought!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! My daughter purchased 3 pairs of trousers from them in April and they were a joke. They did not fit at all, sizes were way off a and looked nothing like the advertised. She paid 97 Euros. I have tried to get her money back as this is a lot of money for a 14 year old in full education but they have made the process so diffucult. We have done everything they have asked, sent pictures and proof they that the purchase was un wearable but they just said can we pass the item on to a friend as it would cost us too much to send them back. After commplaining again and asking kindly for a return label they offered me 8 Euros I would not continue my effort to return the trousers. It is complete exploitation of young people advertising a product that does not appear as it seems on the website. I am still waiting for a return label but dont hold mush hope. If I don't get one I will be reporting the site to trading standards to request it is taken down.

One of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had
Short version: Don't waste your time and money Long version: I ordered a pair of jeans with this cool cloud print on them. The initial order experience was fine - I was aware they were coming from china so was willing to wait. They emailed me to say they were out of stock and that they needed a new batch from the supplier. Anyway when the jeans arrived, they were a completely different design and not the item I ordered at all. They even updated all the images on the website to this new design. I emailed Emmiol and informed them of this, expecting a fairly easy return process. Despite being located in China, they have a clearly stated 30 day returns policy on their website: "If you have any reason or suggestion that you are not satisfied with the order, please contact our customer service...within 30 days after receiving the product to request a return. Our customer service team will provide you with our return address." It also clearly states that if the item I received is incorrect - I would not have to pay any postage fees: "If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product." Now this is where my experience really turned sour. As other reviewers have pointed out - they will do anything to go against this clearly advertised return policy (consumer law anyone?) citing vague and irrelevant reasons such as "it will take too long for us to receive it" or "we don't know if we can sell it again". So instead of just providing me with a pre paid returns label, after weeks of back and forth emails, I've been offered a £5 discount (which I refused) 30% off (which I refused) and now today WOW 50% off! (which I refused). I shouldn't have to spend weeks negotiating the return of an item I never even ordered, it's quite frankly ridiculous and poor customer care. My guess is that this is a drop shipping website - they are simply middle men between the supplier and the consumer which is why they are so reluctant to take returns. They will probably respond below with nonsense like "sorry you feel depressed, we will look into your emails". The fact is they've already read every email I've sent and their response has been insulting at best. They will not acknowledge any responsibility. I still don't have a return label. I had 4 other items in my cart before this whole debacle - needless to say I will never be ordering from Emmiol again

Shipping for this website is very difficult it seems
I ordered my clothes from this website 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for them to send me a non dodgy tracking code. All i want is to receive my clothes but it is almost impossible for this company. Additionally it is sending me the dodgy tracking codes outside of Australian post and taking me to an illegitimate website though weird emails. All i want is the clothes i ordered or my Money back

Never received my order for a photoshoot I was styling
I am a Stylist from the NJ/NYC area and I ordered clothes from emmiol for a photoshoot I was styling for music artist in California. I received a late email from emmiol saying the order would be late cause of back orders I accepted the time cause I was able to push back the photoshoot date. but I received ANOTHER LATE EMAIL that the orders never were delivered to the destination for some certain reason and the items are being held in a facility that I don’t know where the location is and if I don’t pick up the items they will be destroyed. And I received that late email after the photoshoot was done and I was back in New Jersey. All I want at this point is a full refund for my order.

Ordered 6 items and when they came I was so happy. got a little bit confused with the shipping process no going to lie just because they use a private courier instead of my usual auspost. But it was definitely worth the wait the emmiol team have been sooo helpful even when I needed to exchange something to a smaller size they helped me effectively and efficiently. I’m just so sad I wanted this to work…
I’m just so sad I wanted this to work so badly! I ordered the sheer mesh tiered maxi dress. So the shipping came in great time under 10 days even! But the dress was like I can’t even describe like they handed a 10 year old the picture from the website and had them try and sew a dress. I’m usually pretty flexible when it comes to these online orders because you can’t expect too too much ya know. I even sometimes judge people who leave mean and bad reviews but here I am. The dress was a size medium labeled a size 2x (I’m 170 lbs and 5,5” and usually like things to be looser so I order largess but ordered a 2xl here as I knew it might run small). I repeat the dress I received was not even close to the dress from the picture. I’m really sad I would’ve been better off just buying tool and sewing something myself (even though I’ve never sewed before). The shape and whole thing was just completely different and for 40 dollars that’s like a big loss because I can’t even salvage or wear the thing they sent me. I still have hope that this is a reasonable company with clothing items that are hit or miss so I’ll update with my customer service experience for the return.
