What you see is not what you get!
The product you receive in the mailbox is just a bad copy of the original jacket you see on EMMIOL. The logos are not the same and the jacket is presented as something other than expected. Do you want a good Varsity Jacket? Then I recommend not buying this jacket.

PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM HERE. I wish i read the reviews about this website before placing an order. The pants i ordered are such bad quality and an absolute rip off my money. Being a student, I wanted to get a cheaper option of an item of clothing I wanted (ill never be making that mistake again). The pants that arrived are such terrible quality and poorly made to the point where they look like they are gonna fall apart and are nothing like the real picture. This website is a scam that steals designs and steals your money. I am sad that i wasted my money on a stupid website like this that is only out to take your money and in return give you something sh!tty. I hope this place gets shut down.

A MASSIVE SCAM IF I EVER HAVE SEEN ONE!!!!!
I have ordered 6 t-shirts from this company a month ago and they have not arrived. I have tried contacting them and they have made no attempt to assist me at all. I would definitely not recommend this company to buy anything from. A big, fat scam!

loved everything abt it
i ordered seven items from emmiol and they came in separate packages on the same day. i was surprised by that and it was very convenient. the order came in just over 2 weeks with free shipping. tracking my order was very simple and straightforward. the quality of the jeans i ordered was way better than expected. they were comfy and real jean material. usually the jeans i get from cheap apps like romwe are very low quality and barely worth the price but emmiol has jeans that are really worth it. the shirts aren't as good quality, but they're good enough considering the price. i definitely trust the company and will be ordering more pants/jeans. the pants/jeans may be 10 or 15 dollars more expensive than those of a store like romwe but are 3x better quality.

I was so excited to receive my order…
I was so excited to receive my order from this store as I’ve been looking for certain pieces of clothing I offered two pairs of baggy jeans and a hoodie which came to around £57. When the order came the jeans that I ordered with skeleton designs on was made of a fabric which didn’t match the pictures, the jeans I ordered where like a navy blue colour but when it came it was black I ordered my size (Small) and when it came it was like xs. The hoodie I ordered I am happy about but then I got a pair of dark grey jeans with really cool designs on but yet again it was Xs instead of small I couldn’t get it pass my hips and the zip cane broke so I couldn’t wear them either way. I’m very upset about it as it’s a cute store but is very disappointing. I would buy tops but not trousers from this place it’s also quite pricey!

I'd give them zero stars if I could
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Shockingly bad jean's received but when I tried to return them I was just offered a partial refund. I eventually got an address for a return and was promised a full refund on receipt. I posted them back at my own expense but the parcel was refused and returned to me. Again negotiations began for a refund with me finally settling for a 70% refund. Emmiol took a long time to reply to each email and after agreeing the 70% refund they then told me I was outwith their refund period and I'm left with nothing but a rubbish pair of unwearable jean's. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS! Below reply received the day after I posted this review but the email they sent me was different. They have offered me the promised 70% discount but only if I remove this review first. Not happening. People need to know how crooked this company really is.

EMMIOL SUCKS
This company does not let you return. They’re pieces of garbage and incredibly unprofessional. The clothes are cheap looking and if something is wrong you have to pay $35 to return or keep it. When responding to my emails they advise me to give the clothes to a loved one and keep them rather than fix the issues at hand. That is not a real company. They just want your money. Trust me, I am a girl who shops a lot and if i like a store I am honest.

Poor returns policy & quality
The tops look like the pictures to a certain extent but the quality is quite poor. The skirt I received however was terrible quality and looked like it was part of a cheap costume. The returns policy here is terrible they don't provide a returns label and expect you to pay your own shipping fees which are obviously going to be expensive as it's international. So if you are going to return something you are probably going to pay as much for shipping as the item cost so it really isn't a 'return' You pay more for shipping it back than the actual item value and I calculated on a parcel website shipping can cost around £20-30 for a tiny parcel. Very hit or miss as they obviously use photos from other websites.

Awful company- do not buy from them!
Order number: AP210817055910696909 Emmiol have not responded to my emails despite stating on the website they respond within 24 hours (I have been waiting over 16 days). The quality poor, fabric is cheap, they use other website pictures and mine arrived with a stain on the back. I am not willing to pay for the return postage. UPDATE: 06/10/21 Emmiol emailed me after posting the above review. They told me my original email went into their spam folder... They stated that I had said the item did not fit- this is incorrect as I had stated the item is stained. As the item is stained and therefore damaged through no fault of mine but Emmiol. These two options were provided: 1. You may return the item for a refund. (Based on our policy, the return shipping fee is supposed to be paid by your side.) 2. Considering the long delivery time and high international shipping costs, Are you willing to accept a 30% refund of the items? so you can keep the item. Unsurprisingly this is not satisfactory. I hope another 3063 people, and more, will see this review. Eloise.

Emmiol does not care about your returns or refunds
Hi my name is Tai Cox. I recently bought like over $100 of clothes from Emmiol while I was at school and oh my god. DO NOT BUY FROM EMMIOL. This is by far the worst customer service team I have ever come across. If you think by any chance any of the items you are buying might not fit you, DO NOT BUY IT. I am begging you. save your money. The fabric is cheap and the customer service team will probably not answer your email unless you send multiple and even then they will be incredibly slow with responses after that. I started sending emails to the emmiol support team September 12th 2021 trying to get an address to send back my unworn, still perfectly packaged items that did not fit back and get a refund. It is now September 19th 2021, after two emails I finally got one response back from a woman named Lori (2021-09-15 11:33). I explained that the pants I bought were too big for me and the shirt was too small. I have gotten no response today and my 30 days to return and refund are basically up. I will never be buying anything from emmiol again, possibly not even going to take the chance buying any clothing online ever again because this process has been so infuriating. Also btw, the square neck velvet crop bustier in real life looks nothing like how it does online and does not look good on what so ever. If i could rate this experience -1 stars I would .

Awful customer service
Awful customer service! I will never buy from them again— save your money! They let the return expire before I got an email of where to send and then just wanted me to pay $15/more per item to get an entirely new one— I don’t want to spend $30 more for items I already for that do my fit daughter! Such A SCAM!!! Lori is the is the customer service person who will just avoid you until your 30 days is up! DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a bustier. When it came, it was badly made: seams sewn badly, loose threads left, etc. I asked for a refund. Emmiol refused!!! They suggested I give the faulty item away as a gift!! They said it would cost me $25-30 in postage (from the UK), they don't cover return postage, and they would not cover original shipping costs. Their reply was: "According to policy, you need to endure the return shipping charge which is over 25-35 USD for the first kg to send it back to the warehouse. "As the return shipping charge is high and needs a very long time till we received it. "Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee. "We sincerely suggest if you will consider again keep the item. As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as a gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors." What an absolute scam. I had to open a case with Paypal to get a 50% refund, and I'm not happy with that. Unhelpful staff, crap, cheap, faulty goods, and rubbish 'customer service'. Avoid at all costs.

I’ll keep it short. Shame on you for presenting “affordable” clothing yet hiding the fact that you will never receive the items as this is a scam company. My little sister unknowingly ordered with her only money only to receive a message saying her package had been delivered, only to find that her package was three crappy stickers as opposed to $100 worth of clothing which is what she ordered and purchased. Honestly screw you guys preying on people with little money during a pandemic.

i’ve ordered clothes from here about 4 months ago, have not gotten anything but having my reviews deleted for the 3rd time now. anything i say gets deleted no matter if i’m asking for help, but i would not be consistently writing a review on here if i didn’t get my package….over $150 worth of clothes gone and not refunded. save your money! this company is a scam!! they are ignoring my emails and reviews and i have no clue how i can get assistance. emmiol please keep quit saying the same thing to every person writing a review and saying you’ll email us to help, you’ve done nothing helpful for me whatsoever other than completely ignoring me. i will still keep writing a review if this one is going to be deleted again.
