Waiting on order from November 11!
I am still waiting for my nieces Christmas present that I ordered November 11! I have emailed this company several times about the delay and have asked for them to refund me. Dont order from here
I ordered three pairs of jeans from this shop and all of them are such bad quality. Fake denim and nothing like the picture on the website - I am sure they are not the same jeans being advertised. I want to return them and get a refund but cannot get in contact with anyone.

Wrong order and now the website is missing.
I ordered from this store and I did not even get my correct order. I sent an email to the customer support and they apologized and said they would give me a coupon for my next purchase. Come to find out the coupon is invalid. So I emailed them back. Now I went to try again and the website/store is nowhere to be found. I do not know if this was a scam or something, but I would never recommend anyone buying from this store.

When ordering you don’t get a tracking…
When ordering you don’t get a tracking number or any information on where your package is or when is coming. Because of this your left in limbo, I ordered my sweater the first week of September never got it. Messaged the company, they said a postal office had it. I never received any notifications from the local postal company to pick up any packages at all. Called all the postal offices just incase to find out “surprise” no packages were there in my name. So I messaged the company again and they said its gone? They destroyed it because of logistics? Because I never picked it up? I won’t be getting a refund and thats it. So here’s my experience. Buyer beware.

I have read through all these customer reviews, which made me start looking into the company, and in their terms and conditions they literally state they arent liable for anything that goes wrong. "To the maximum extent permitted by law, emmiol.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to,indirect incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages" So many red flags, the simple fact that there isnt a working phone number, no listed company adress, and a mystery company owner. Meaning when poop hits the fan no one us liable except the buyer. They use photos from other websites, so i doubt they actually sell these items. All the company replies are copied and pasted, so i have no faith that this is a legit website. The fact that there are 45% bad reviews is indication enough. I wish they would tell us where they steal their photos from, i would rather buy from the legit websites. Update emmiol replied: "Reply from EMMIOL 2 days ago Dear hattie Sorry about this. This Website is sadly a Scam, ordered a month ago and shipping says my address couldn't been found. Mind you I'm supposed to receive 3 packages, all of them "can't be delivered". I've been trying to reach them for a week via email... they aren't answering. The shipping services say they can do nothing, and I'm supposed to get int contact with them... 0/10 NEVER buy there you won't get your stuff nor any help from the website...

I think no item will ever arrive. I ordered the merch on the 12nd of January, they told me my package would have been send in 8-27 days and that I would get an email when the package was ready to be sent. At this day, no mail arrived to me. So I texted their "support" email, and they didn't respond at all. So I texted them on their Instagram profile and, listen it up, they told me that they made my pay for something that they don't have in stock right now. And not only this, but they can't even tell me WHEN the merch will be in stock again. So they told me I could change the items with something they "have" in stock. So I texted them the item I wanted to change, and the item I wanted instead. But sadly their Instagram profile it's gone. Anyone knows how to have a refund at this point? Edit: I'll directly talk to the bank to have the refund. And I even paid to assure my package!

Use nice images then sell cheap products that are nothing alike. Don’t waste your money
Ordered the “shacket Oversized Apricot Plaid Jacket” and it isn’t even the same jacket as the one on the image: different colour and instead of apricot it is grey - not even similar, different style, completely different material etc.. cheap, and when I got in touch with them about the item being deceiving they genuinely expected me to return it to another country, paying for the postage costs myself for their mistake.

A fake, thin piece of fabric styled to look like a winter coat
I ordered a jacket from them and I received a poorly made shell of a jacket with NO lining of any kind. This “jacket” is a thin piece of fabric with no insulation. Pretty sure most of the shirts I own would keep me warmer. It’s supposed to look like a winter jacket, it even has a fake fur-lined collar. LOL. From the picture on the site, it looks like a cute, trendy winter coat. In reality, it’s a poorly made simulation. It took over a month for it to arrive, the tracking they sent said ‘item not found’ I emailed them and they did reply with new tracking which was also incorrect. I still got the “item not found” message when I entered the tracking. The ‘jacket’ eventually showed up at my door, more than a month and a half after ordering. My husband and I had a great laugh about it though. It’s actually one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen; a fake coat made to look like a warm coat. Like WHAT purpose could that possibly serve to anyone??? Hahahaha. Don’t buy anything though. You’ll waste your money.

They have also stolen other people’s images to falsely advertise their products. Their response to this does not address the fact that they are using other peoples images to sell their products which is false advertisement and also theft of intellectual property.

Don't even bother to buy stuff here! Clothes comes from overseas it took like 3 months to get the items, but that wasn't the problem, the problem was when I try to return some items they asked so many questions, after replying to all their emails they end up saying that I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN, CUSTOM FEES AND their fees for returning the items. They try to console me with a $10 gift LOL.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM EMMIOL I ordered a pair of wide leg trousers with pretty long legs in a darker blue a few weeks ago. I loved the way they looked on the website but the shipping costs we're rlly expensive and the shipping also took very long. When they finally arrived, I tried them on and the legs we're like 40cm (16 inch I think) shorter than I expected them to be. Also the blue was a very bright one (I wanted a darker one like on the website). I spend a lot of time on Pinterest and I'm pretty sure they just pick random pictures from there or somewhere else instead of taking photos of the items themselves. I decided to return them , but also returning is practically impossible. I sent them a couple of emails and DMs on insta , but it always took them so long to respond and even if I asked for it pretty often they never sent me the return form. So please, please don't buy from that brand if you don't wanna waste you're money for items that look soo different than you expect them to look like.

The return policy is terrible
The return policy is terrible even when the wrong size was sent. My order was placed on Dec. 8th for Christmas and I am still waiting on some items. I will not use this company again. Instead of issuing me a return here's what they suggested: "Sorry for the inconvenience caused. According to policy, you need to endure the return shipping charge for non-quality problems. As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received. Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee. We sincerely suggest if you will consider again to keep the item. As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors. " Do not buy from this company.

are emmiol a total scam?
I ordered a jogger and hoody printed set from Emmiol. When it arrived the colours were very different to the pictures on the site and the quality was absolutely appalling. The fabric felt like rough paper, was very thin and horrible to wear. Not anywhere near the £50 i paid for the set. I have been trying to return the items to Emmiol for a refund. So far have sent 3 emails in over a week and had no response. really worried they are just a complete scam
