it’s been a over a month and my order…
it’s been a over a month and my order is no where to be found and i payed for expedited shipping such a rip-off. And i emailed costumer service and they never got back to me that was about a week or 2 ago.

Beautiful jeans
Okay so, I found these amazing jeans and was like i instantly need them, i brought them and looked at the reviews after and started panicking! They came today, they did take about 2 - 3 weeks to come but after reading the reviews i thought it would take longer. The jeans are actually amazing i’m never taking them off soooo worth the wait, i love the fit and they look so sick and im so chuffed to say this company is real and arnt a scam. You need to understand their coming from china or somewhere near so delivery wont be super quick! Thanks emmiol :)

Disappointed
Disappointed, I ordered a rainbow loose cardigan for my daughter, for Christmas. First of all it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas- I put this down to Covid delays, Now it has actually arrived I’m really disappointed, It looks almost nothing like the picture on the website. The picture shows a big, baggy, loose, long cardigan in a chunky knit, What I got is a short, small, cardigan in a tight knit. I ordered size L. It looks to me about a size 8: it really is tiny. I feel ripped off, especially given that it cost nearly £50. Do not buy the rainbow loose cardigan! It is not as described!

Patagonia Fraud
I ordered a Patagonia sweater for my daughter. The first thing I noticed is that I was charged shipping even though the site says $69 free shipping. When I contacted "Paul Blake" about it he kept assuring me that the item will ship soon which was not my concern. Anyway, fast forward to after Christmas when my item was delivered and it was so very wrong in so many ways! To start, it was not the item I ordered, wrong color and style but the icing on the cake was the fact that the Patagonia label was upside down and the inside label had spelling errors on it. When I reached back out to my friend Paul, he said they ship what I ordered. I am in the middle of disputing the charges and was first offered a $13 credit for a $78 purchase which I didn't accept (obviously) but now I was offered a full refund IF I ship the item to CHINA in 9 days - at my expense of course. This is unbelievable. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

2 months to arrive; item missing; laughably bad quality
So.... like many of the other reviews say, my order took over two months to arrive (Emmiol ships from China, and it takes forever). Customer service was barely responsive. When the order finally arrived, one of my items was missing, and all of the other items were laughably bad quality and too small. Ordered a "M" in jeans (I'm 28-29 waist) and I could not even pull them over my knees. This site is 100% a "too cheap to be true" kind of story. Shop somewhere else, or you'll regret it.

I ordered Patagonia pullovers as well. They did arrive before Christmas (12/24) however, when I opened the bag the order was ALL wrong!!! Sizes, Colors, quality...I emailed them directly and I, too, am hearing from Paul Blake who has offered to give me a "coupon for compensation" and that I can keep the items. I do not want the items nor to purchase or receive any items from them. Each time I ask for a phone number they give me the same email...I am frustrated because I spent almost $200 with them and they are giving me the runaround. Just like the rest of the people on…
Just like the rest of the people on here I ordered clothes and they were nothing like I paid for. The sizing was ridiculously off and some of the clothes don’t even look remotely the same. They also obviously do not care about customers if you look at replies EVERYONE has almost the SAME response for them. This is a horrible clothing company I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND ! don’t order
I placed a order as a Christmas present to not receive it. I got in contact with the company and explained they lied in which they said they tired to deliver when I spoke to the post office they told me the company put my address in wrong and so they couldn’t make the delivery which is understandable from the postal point of view but the company told me they had tried when really they didn’t. The order was returned back to them a few days later which they would of know about before me sending a email. I then emailed again saying I would like a refund as I never got my order which they have ignored. I sent them another email in hope to get a response but yet again they ignore my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Like so many of the other people reviewing this company has the most ridiculous sizes and the return policy is absolutely unacceptable. The so called customer service team is just sending the same badly written emails again and again and nothing is solved. I am waiting to hear from them regarding a free return label and full refund but do not hold much hope. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER!!!
Like everyone else on here i’m absolutely disgusted with their service. Not even worth 1 star. Product ordered complete different to picture from the colour to the style and sizing was complete off! Emailed their support team (as they say to do) to get a return address and they send me and email back saying ‘i ordere’ followed by a bunch of random b*llocks. Emailed again telling them how i feel about the situation and currently waiting on a reply. £40 down the drain! Just over £7 for delivery and expensive clothing AND you have to pay to return their sh* tty clothes IF you’re lucky enough to get a return address. Should’ve read the reviews first. Absolutely fuming.

Disorganised, Disappointing and Devastated !
Very disappointing! Ordered three pairs of trousers. One pair came in the wrong size and another pair came in a completely different colour to what was shown on the website. There is no returns information in the delivery parcel. So upset, will never purchase from Emmiol again and definitely don't recommend them.

I rarely write reviews but want to warn…
I rarely write reviews but want to warn others. I placed an order early November and have reached out to this company over and over to let them know I never received it. They keep sending me tracking and tell me it’s “on the way”. Tracking indicates it was received in customs but no further info . Meaning, it is lost. I paid $210 for the items and they are offering me a $5 gift card. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am done with them - going to fight the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT buy from this company!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Got some items brought for me for a christmas present, one fit the others did not yet were same size. also have to mention one did not look like the picture, to get an exchange i have to pay 200-300 in shipping which if your a sane person is not worth it. Took the L for this one. do not buy from it especially because the sizing is awful, my 12 year old sister even tried one on that did not fit her....

Ignored all my return requests, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I have ordered a fair amount of clothes which have taken soo long to arrive. Their tracking service is non existent When they finally did only half of it was posted. I ordered pants in a size large as I wanted an oversized fit. I am a size Medium and these pants BARELY fit me. Extremely disappointed and to then find out that I have to pay to send it back??? They have refused to give me a refund and have ignored all of my return requests. Disgusting customer service . Horrible do not buy from here!!

If I could give them zero stars I…
If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT order from this company! The only reason I did was because their website stated this -- "If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from emmiol.com, simply email us at xxx you can return the product within 30 days after receiving the delivery. we will always offer the best solution for our customers." I received my order (very late and after Christmas) and needed to return it. The package had no info or return address. After reaching out online several times they said that I needed to consider giving the pants to a family member because they could only refund me $5 and I would incur "substantial" shipping costs to return them. Absolutely a SCAM. STAY AWAY!
