Disorganized Business
Placed an order 11 days ago with expedited shipping for Christmas and never heard from them. Sent them an email to check on the status of the order and wanted to ensure the items will arrive by Christmas.

NOW the cut-off for most stores has passed to guarantee delivery by Christmas. Also would love to know why they charge my card prior to shipping and more over charging me for an item they did not have!
Do yourself a favor and do not put yourself under stress. DO NOT DEAL with this very unprofessional uncaring company. Because they can not run their business my 81 year old aunt may get a late gift!!
