Terrible engraving / ghosted by company
I ordered champagne flutes and paid for engraving to be completed on the flutes. The flutes arrived, and while I love the actual flutes, the engraving is unacceptable. The lines are not uniformed and looks to be scratched. I called customer service, and they informed me to contact the engraving department via email. Nobody has attempted to get in contact with me. If I want to settle this, I may have to request to dispute my charge via my credit card company. I’m very disappointed.
ETA: Less than 24 hours after leaving a review, I get a call back from the company. Apparently my email got “lost”, and it has just found it. Interesting.
Crystal Classics’ customer service is really poor, and apparently customer satisfaction isn’t important. They offered no resolution, so I’ve placed a dispute with Visa. I’ve worked with engraving before. My engraving from Crystal Classics is really poorly done. I will not be a repeat customer.
ETA AGAIN:I approved the taped to glass in photo you sent. I did not/do not approve of the scratched hot mess engraving you all mailed me.
Lesson learned! You’re BBB grade speaks for itself
ETA: Why are you sending me your May 2021 catalog? 🤔
