Wonderful diamonds as well as customer service and craftsmanship
I had a vision how my wedding band needs to look like, next step was to find the best diamonds to have it made from. I did my extensive research and decided that the best diamonds with a great service I would only be able to receive at Brian Gavin. And if I wanted the best of the best, I needed to go with Black By Brian Gavin. I left "ask an expert" on their website and Emily called me within an hour. She was very polite, personable and nice. After initial consultation we communicated via email and Emily was very attentive, not rushing and honest. Honesty is very rare to come buy when it comes to purchasing a diamond, so I was very pleased with my experience with Emily. My wedding band was created beautifully and in a timely manner. After receiving my wedding band, my husband said that it would be a great time to upgrade my engagement ring with Brian Gavin as well. I am very happy with my rings and service I received.

Katie was awesome
Katie was awesome. I was seconds away from purchasing a diamond from somewhere else when I decided to do one last check with one last company. Glad I found them, the diamond is freaking stunning! Katie was very patient with me 300 questions and had my order in within a few hours after I finally made up my mind.

Tennis Bracelet Shortened
I sent my tennis bracelet back to them to be shortened. I was shocked when 24 hours after receiving it, they notified me it was on it's way back. I've examined the bracelet thoroughly and cannot tell where anything was done to the bracelet, but the length is now perfect. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about Brian Gavin and his team. My wife and I have been married since 1989 and unfortunitly her engagement ring was lost. After visiting several local jewelers, I thought to myself that their top of the line diamonds did not have the fire and brilliance that the original diamond had. I started researching online and on YouTube to educate myself on what makes a best of the best diamond. Long story short, I discovered Brian Gavin and their "Black" line of diamonds. I worked with Emily, who was fantastic and super knowledgeable, and purchased a 1 carat Black diamond in a simple but elegant setting. You have to see this ring to take in how awesome it is. Talk about sparkling - OMG. People have come up to us saying they noticed it from a distance and had to comment on it. Exceeded my expectations! The glow that this ring brought to my wife's face when I surprised her with it was priceless! She is so at peace again to be able to pass this on to our daughter in the future - just as her mother passed on her ring.

Wow, it’s been a few years since I made my last purchase from BGD. And blown away again by the incredible quality piece and their customer service. Still completely top notch in every way. Thought it was too good to be true
Unbelievable quality Diamond at a cheap price. I was honestly worried I was walking into something shady with how fair the price was, but my Diamond was exactly as shown, REAL, and was delivered fairly quickly. If you need a Diamond, this website is a great source.
