Fabulous and fast experience from start to finish
I had been looking at Brian Gavin diamonds for a number of years, as I am based in Australia, I was always apprehensive about purchasing something as expensive as a diamond and having faith that what I would be getting everything that I am only seeing virtually through a website. From the start the customer service was fantastic, Emily was always very quick to respond to my inquiries be it via email or even making time to call me at a time that suited both of our time zones. I have to say the website is fantastic for showing you what the loose diamonds you are buying look like and have all of the Gem certifications available as well. From the time of my order because I added a beautiful ‘Sylvie - Carina’ ring for the stone to be set in, I was advised this would take about 4 weeks (16 Nov). I mentioned to Emily that I wasn’t in much of a rush but to my surprise the ring was finished on Wed 6 Dec and already being shipped, it arrived promptly at 1pm on Mon 11 Dec. This was simply an incredible turn around time and the Diamond is every bit as stunning as what was shown on the website - I purchased a Brian Gavin Blue diamond and the fluorescence under UV lighting is a beautiful cool blue, so unique! I cannot recommend this company enough and I will certainly be coming back again for my daughter’s 21st diamond!

I am beyond thrilled with my engagement ring. It fits my hand perfectly. I have big fingers / hand and my ring was custom made. I chose a bezel set diamond because I am a very active person . Amazing Tennis Bracelet
This is my third or fourth purchase from Brian Gavin and I couldn't be more impressed! I come back for the incredible quality of his diamonds that never disappoint. Great Experience with Katie H. for Engagement Ring Diamond
Working with Katie H. at Brian Gavin Diamonds for the purchase of a Black by Brian Gavin Round diamond for my girlfriend's (now fiancé!) engagement ring was a true pleasure. Katie took the time with me and answered all of my questions. She gave me her honest opinion when I was choosing between two similar diamonds and even got the opinion of Brian and some others in the office. The presentation of the diamond when it arrived was top notch. The handwritten letter from Brian was extra nice and personal. The personalized Hearts and Arrow viewer was really cool too! Very positive experience. My fiancé absolutely loved the ring. The diamond pops with fire and brilliance. We are both very happy.
