Excellent Diamond Buying Experience!
I had done substantial research in an effort to find the exact diamond I was looking for to put in a pendant. I wanted a heart-shaped diamond which is not a very easy to find item. In my search, I happened upon Brian Gavin's site and was especially interested in their business because it was based in my hometown of Houston, Texas. Brian Gavin's team worked with me throughout the entire process, ensuring that I would receive the necklace of my dreams. Katie Homuth, my diamond consultant, worked with me and guided me to purchase not necessarily the biggest diamond, but the best quality diamond within my budget. She was pleasant and very responsive to my requests for information. When I picked up my completed necklace, I had the pleasure of meeting Lesley and Brian. They were so kind and knowledgeable and I felt 100% secure in my purchase. I would highly recommend them!

Return Customer for Many Reasons!
I have Natural diamonds and now Lab diamonds from BG - Both beyond impressive! So is EMILY'S very personable service, I rely on her input (I'm long distance) and it is part of why I returned for a second purchase. Contemplating a third! Craftsmanship and turnaround time have left nothing to be desired...except maybe another BG diamond piece.
