Last year, I had the pleasure of utilizing Brian Gavin's services to commission a custom quadex bezeled pendant, and the results were truly exquisite. The bezel work was meticulously crafted and had the lovely matte finish I had requested. Not to mention, the quadex itself was stunning! Recently, I came into possession of a captivating blue sapphire and knew I wanted it set in a Sholdt bezel setting. However, I was uncertain about entrusting this task to anyone locally. Remembering my positive experience with Brian Gavin, I decided to reach out to them once again. To my delight, I received a prompt and friendly reply from Brian Gavin, assuring me that they could expertly set my precious sapphire for a reasonable fee. They provided clear instructions for shipping the gemstone safely, and true to their word, they completed the project within the estimated timeframe. Now, I am the proud owner of a stunning new ring. The bezel work, once again, is flawless and exactly as I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Brian Gavin's craftsmanship has certainly earned my trust and loyalty, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of exceptional jewelry work.
