Fast, high quality printing and embroidery
They are the best!! Every time I have ordered something, I have needed it fast and they have gotten things to me on time or earlier than scheduled. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful - kind, helpful, and fast. The quality of the clothes. was great and the embroidery was beautiful. I have ordered from them 4 times at least and will order from them again in a heartbeat. They are my go to if I need something printed/embroidered. Don’t hesitate to reach out to customer service if you need any help! Great company - I highly recommend them.

I have order from Bolt Printing for tshirts…
I have order from Bolt Printing for several years for my annual event. I started the process and actually paid 2 and half weeks before they were needed. From the onset I asked if my deadline for receiving would be ok. Wrote that I needed the date in the order form. All along the process I was assured that I would get them on time. I called about 6 times to confirm along the way. On shipping day I was told they would be late by one day. I reminded them of the date that I said I needed them and she curtly said, "I'm not sure what you are wanting me to do?" I asked her if she would check on another shipping option. She came back with a $153 shipping price to get them there on the day I needed them. I asked if they would split the cost since it was their fault that the shirts would not arrive on time. They said no. I said I will have to cancel the order because arriving after the event date makes the tshirts useless. They are planning to charge me a "restocking" fee. The person I spoke with was very short and curt much of the time. It was a miserable experience. I won't ever buy from Bolt Printing again. They must be way too busy and don't care any more.

Hi BZB, We're sorry about the issue. While I don't have all of the details, I understand this was our fault on several levels. Since the time of your order, we've worked hard to improve our customer service and other processes to reduce the chance of something like this happening again. I always look for pricing being that I order in large quantities for my school. I have been using Bolt for the last 3-5 years and I am very pleased with the service. Shipping is free which is another plus. If there is ever a issue they are always easy to resolve

The "I Believe I Can Fly" shirts were a hit with our Aktion Club Conference attendees!

Things Could Not Have Gone Any Better
It's been quite awhile ago, but I do remember talking about how far the printing should be from the neckline on the back of the shirt, and the advice I got was spot on. I also remember that the shirts arrived quickly and that everyone involved was quite pleased with them. I couldn't ask for things to have gone any better.

Easy to design, great price!
It was very easy to design our shirts. I liked getting a proof back before the shirts were printed. They were delivered two weeks early, which is great! The price is far better than the competitor's site that I looked at, and the shirts are the same quality. If I need t-shirts again, I will definitely use Bolt!
