Quick turnaround
The quick turn around for my shirts was amazing. I needed these shirts quickly and Bolt met the need. They are reasonably priced and able to customize quantity in the order, a unique feature. I'm so excited to receive my shirts.

When they added the white border around…
When they added the white border around my logo to make it more distinct on the shirt - I expected it to be even & a consistent border like in the proof. That is not how it looks on the shirts. The way they printed it looks like a messy mistake, like the blue wasnt cut to cover the entire letter. Also the description of the shirt was "soft" this dryblend shirt is not soft. Disappointing purchase.

Very timely responses
Very timely responses. When icalled to verify that art was approved for both male and female shirts, the customer care rep was very delightful and found the info quickly. Overall great experience, will use again!

Great communication
I appreciated the email and even a phone call to verify what I wanted my product results to be. On Katie's recommendation, we made some adjustments. I'm glad she reached out, because what we see on our screen isn't always exactly what the physical product will be. But Bolt seems genuinely eager for customer satisfaction.

I had the best experience with Bolt Printing
I had the best experience with Bolt Printing. My daughter order shirts for her MS walk but when we received them they were smaller than expected. I found Bolt Printing online and began a chat with Lana. From the moment I began the chat until the end I was impressed. I sent a picture of the shirt and the colors and explained the problem with the sizes. I ordered larger sizes than my daughter had ordered and asked if the order could be rushed as it was Wed. and I needed the order by Fri. for the Sat. morning walk. Lana confirmed I would get the order and the complete chat along with a proof of the shirt was sent to my email after the chat ended and I paid through a secure method of my choice. The shirts came by Fri. and looked wonderful!!

It was maybe my fourth time ordering shirts spread out over at least 5 years. Consistency, quality, fast is what I can say every time. I am impressed. I love the online interface with uploading artwork. Communication is great. You receive a proof back in about a day. Seems like the next day they are printed and then shipped out to you. I just love the experience, and the pricing is right where I would expect it, very, very competitive. Bolt has it together! They deliver like lightning! Thank you - KS
