Pretty good!
The shirts came out great, with two exceptions. One is after I filled out my order, they came back and said they were out of youth L in the print I had ordered. They asked if they could sub adult smalls. I said ok, but after spending so many hours deciding on what I liked and checking so many websites, I wish I was not able to order that in the first place. The second, is all the shirts I ordered were tie dye. They all had this residue. Like this piece of tape was stuck along all the necklines, then pulled off. Some people asked what was wrong with their shirts. I told them I hoped it washed off. They all had that. I have photos, but not sure where to send them. The shirts came quickly. The printing was clear, it looked like it looked online, but for those couple issues, they lost a star.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed by a garment becoming unavailable. Unfortunately, the pandemic has had long-term impacts on supply chains where product availability can be highly uncertain for some styles and colors. Not What We Wanted
Thank you for the order, I appreciate it. Tshirt arrived, however, not liking the product. Tshirt is too stiff, can't wear it. Not comfortable on skin. We should have stuck to our gut and had the writing on the shirt lower like how we originally wanted it. We were told it would be too low if women were to wear it and that it should be higher like the standard inches. Standard was around 2-3 inches from the neckline, and when we tried it on, it appeared too high up. We don't like it. Not what we thought it would look like. Won't go forth with the rest of the bulk order. Will find another vendor. Will find a local vendor in the State. So sorry we couldn’t do business. Will have to donate these two shirts. The texture is not comfortable.

Hi Jewels, We're sorry your order didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the t-shirt quality, Bolt Printing carries an extremely wide selection of garments. You chose the entry-level option, which isn't going to be as comfortable as a higher-end option (ie, ringspun cotton is softer comfortable than normal cotton, and combed ringspun cotton is softer than that, and then the fit will depend on the garment manufacturer & t-shirt style). Whether you choose to go with us or another vendor, you'll likely have the same issue if you're looking for a more premium-quality garment yet are ordering the most affordable choice. (And it's worth noting that comfort is completely subjective -- the shirt you disliked is one of our bestsellers and has seen many bulk reorders over the years.) As for the placement of your text, there are best practices concerning design placement. As I understand it, the shirts were going to be worn by women and there are obvious practicality issues when it comes to design placement. (To be indelicate, if the text is placed too low, it's right across the breast line or between the breasts themselves. This placement can look either awkward or provocative, which is why we advise against doing it -- especially since we've had customers complain after ignoring that caution.) If you decide to go ahead with a placement in that location (whether you order from us or another vendor), I *strongly* encourage you to just order a single shirt with that placement to see how it actually looks in that space because that could be a very costly mistake with a bulk order. Likewise, if comfort is a major factor, I'd suggest going with a higher-end garment. Once again, I'm sorry you're displeased. However, I'll mention you took a very reasonable approach -- you weren't sure so you ordered a pair of shirts as a test before deciding to not go ahead with a larger order. -Bolt Printing Customer Care Team

Exceeded my expectations
I have no complaints. I was surprised how quick the shirts came and how nice they were. I loved that my design was exactly how I drew it. I loved that I could make a second order and get them so fast. Just a goofy 3am crazy minded design. I ordered extras and gave some away. Thank you.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed by your recent experience! Because Bolt records phone calls for quality assurance purposes, we were able to review the call. However, we didn't hear yelling from either our customer care representative or the manager. Regarding the disagreement, I took a closer look at the screenshot you provided (the one you mentioned sending your partner which you said "proved" there was an issue with our site) and noticed the design studio image wasn't anything from our site (both the model and interface look completely different -- where, among other things, it lists a price in the design studio (which isn't a feature in Bolt Printing's design studio although, I should mention, our price wound up being 18-cents less per-shirt than what was listed in that other site's design studio, so regardless you wound up saving money)). Considering I'm sure you visited many sites while looking for the best deal, I can understand why there might've been a mix-up. However, the problem ultimately wasn't with our website and, I might add, you still paid less than you would've if you had completed the order with that other customer apparel company. (Quite possibly a lot less, since there's always a chance the price shown in their design studio wasn't their final price.) Once again, we're sorry you found the experience unpleasant. However, we hope you like the shirts. I recall seeing them in production and they looked nice. The logo was really cool. -Bolt Printing Customer Care Team
