My first order
As I placed my first order, I realized our graphic looked fuzzy in the preview. Lana, a very patient Bolt employee, answered my many questions and walked me through the process of what was required for a cleaner graphic. When our organization's own graphic designer shared more requirements, Lana was very gracious in speaking with him directly to meet his high standards. I'm so glad she did, because our printed T shirts came out great! I'm very pleased with Bolt Printing and will definitely be a return customer.

Excellent Service by Lana
Lana, our rep was such a joy to work with. She was honest and efficient about what was possible with our artwork and timeline and sought solutions to turn around the order in such a quick time. Out of four printers, this is the first that nailed our print job exactly how we wanted it. There were a few technical glitches with the website order process, but all and all we are thoroughly satisfied and will be repeat customers!
