Solid Custom T-Shirt Company
Our college student organization wanted to get custom shirts for all of our members. Well known companies like Custom Ink charged an arm and a leg, but Bolt Printing provided quality shirts for much cheaper. The 60 shirts arrived sooner than expected and members loved them.

Great product and customer service…
We ordered beanies and the color and quality are great!! They stay very well connected with the customer on all updates throughout the process. I had to take one star off because the alignment on some of the beanies were all little off. Even with that I will order again!

The website design tool was good, calling them for help inverting my logo colors to put on black t-shirts was even better. Great company with good customer service and pricing. We will use them every time!

Great Shirts, Great Price
I got VBS shirts made for church and they were great! The website is easy to use. The colors were exactly what I needed. They shipped right on time. The price was the lowest I found. Good quality. I will have more shirts made from Bolt Printing.

Best Around
I have been ordering from BoltPrinting for several years now for the various camps I run during the summer. The quality of the shirts, the quick turn around, communication with staff and ease for designing are exceptional. Plus, they have the best prices. You cannot find cheaper with the quality you get. I've ordered from Bolt nearly a dozen times and they will remain my "go to" for quick custom shirt designs.

Product arrived safe and intact
Product arrived safe and intact. The quality of the material is very good as well as the quality of the printing. The only thing I can criticize on is the length of time without communication between various stages of production following the initial email confirmation. Order placed 12/08/22 order delivered to my door 12/19/22. That being said, I am very satisfied with the finished product received and will definitely be using their services again soon.

I like the products, not the website interface
Thank you for the clarifications. I do like the embroidery work you do. Just a bit frustrated with the interface; this is my first year using Bolt Printing. I appreciate the file tips. Hi Joy, We're sorry to hear you didn't like the interface (although we're happy you liked the sweatshirts, which we thought turned out beautifully). In the case of the blurry image, that wasn't a problem with our design studio. Instead, the issue was with the embroidery file itself, since you provided a bitmap file with pixelated edges saved at 300 dpi. (We usually encourage customers to send vector files, although in the case of embroidery it doesn't matter because the design is mapped and we create a mechanical file that our embroidery machines can use. As a result, the embroidery still turned out fantastic -- in fact, when I discussed them in our call center, several of reps remembered the shirts immediately and mentioned admiring the finished product. (And those sweatshirts were definitely something we'd love to show on our social media pages, etc, if you'd let us. The design is incredibly cute and looks amazing embroidered.)) As for the difference in color on the website vs in-person, due to differences in screen colors, there's always a chance that there'll be some degree of difference between what you see on the website vs what you see in-person. It's why we usually suggest that customers order a sample when they have questions about the garment color or style. Once again, sorry about the issues. If you notice anything like blurring in our design studio again, be sure to let us know so we can determine how to resolve it. After all, we don't want anybody feeling like they have to guess how something looks! -Bolt Printing Customer Care Team

Delayed Tracking Number
After ordering my samples on 1/18 I received a confirmation email immediately telling me to expect to receive an email with the tracking information in the next 2-4 business days. The email with the tracking number came later than stated and that was disappointing because I had such excellent help with a team member before placing the order. To be clear, this rating is simply based off of the tracking number being sent at a later time than what the company stated. I had high expectations for them to follow through with the same excellence they showed virtually; especially since it was just an email.
