It’s been 3 weeks and no other updates…
It’s been 3 weeks and no other updates on my order. I’ve called and emailed Bel Furniture and with no answer, I’m ready to make a return. This place is a scam.

I ordered a sofa online. Waited for delivery. No sofa. No call from customer service saying my sofa was no longer available. Very unhappy and disappointed with this store.

Disappointed Customer
I ordered furniture that came boxed. When I got home to assemble the furniture, there was a piece missing so I can’t connect my furniture. I called to notify Bel and sent pictures but no one got back to me that day. I called the next day and was told by the manager of customer service that they do not do shipping and I would have to come back to the warehouse to pick up the part. I reminded the manager that I had taken off of work to come get my order and as the costumer I’m being inconvenienced because it’s the responsibility of the company to make sure all the parts to the furniture I purchased is in the box. The manager basically told me there was nothing she could do. I live 40 minutes away from the warehouse. I shouldn’t have to go back.

Poorly handled experience
I ordered a dresser on Jan 12th, and as of Jan 24th, I still have not heard anything about setting up the delivery. I received a call to confirm my order shortly after it was placed online, and was told within 48 hours someone would contact me, obviously that didn’t happen. I’ve called several different times and days and no one in delivery ever answers, so I leave a voicemail each time and STILL have not received a call. Very disappointed with how this is being handled and am thinking of just canceling my order with BEL and going elsewhere with my business.

The communication from customer service…
The communication from customer service and delivery department was horrible. No one called to tell me when the remaining part of my order would be delivered. I called left multiple messages. When you connect to customer service they would just hang up. Called 9 days in a row just to finally get a call back after going to the chat robot.

I felt like I was totally taken care of, start to delivery. Sales rep. Demetrius is very knowledgeable on Bel's product line. I didn't feel pressured, and I left confident that I made the correct furniture selection. Thanks Demetrius and Bel for making buying furniture an enjoyable event. First time buyer
Pickup was easy and the furniture is great, but the assembly was a bit tricky. Some screws didn’t go in as easily and some spots had fabric covering the holes to which I had to cut to get the screw in. Took a lot longer than it should have to assemble. Other than that it was great

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your company. I purchased a bed set from Bel Furniture, and unfortunately, the assembly worker did not properly fix some parts of the drawers. Despite my attempts to address this issue by calling and emailing, I have not received any response or assistance from your team. It has been less than a week since I received the bed set, and I am already facing problems with the drawers that I cannot fix on my own.

I will never do business with this…
I will never do business with this place again, it took our furniture over a month to arrive, which isn’t what made me mad, what made me mad was the company didn’t try to call and schedule an appointment, we called them several times for 2 weeks and no one answered, then we called again and the front desk answered and we asked them what was going on and they told us we should get it soon and asked when we wanted it delivered we told them Wednesday any time before 4 and they told us ok that can work, we get called Wednesday morning the day of and they tell us they won’t be able to deliver until 5:30-7:00pm. We informed them we were told that we could get it delivered before 4 and they then proceeded to tell us well we can’t make that and it’s getting delivered between 5:30 and 7:00. I told them that wouldn’t work because we won’t be home so I called the store who rudely disregarded what was going on and proceeded to talk to me like I was incompetent. I then ask to speak to a manager and she informed me that she was the manager and then keeps telling me the policy and how they can’t change anything because then I’ll have to pay a 2nd shipping fee if I want to reschedule the delivery that they said would be delivered before 4. I then ask to talk to some one else she then sends me to the delivery manager who is still rude and won’t even try to help and also disregards everything I’m saying. Bottom line is DONT order from this company unless you want to be disappointed.

I was happy with the web site
I was happy with the web site, easy to shop, select the furniture that I was looking for, had the right color, size and features. Happy with the representative that called to set up a delivery date and time, very professional and helpful. Happy with the delivery driver who called to let me know what time he was coming to deliver. He was very prompt, professional, and he was quick at assembly and setup, helpful on how to disassemble if I needed to move. This is the second piece of furniture that I had bought and had delivered, very happy and pleased with the service that they provide. Thank You all, looking forward to shopping in the future.

Zero communication
Zero communication. It said I would hear back to confirm my order after 24-48 hrs, I never did. After 7 days with zero updates I did live chat, after several minutes of back and forth they told me they couldn't tell me when my order would ship. I called customer service and they said it showed out of stock with no ship date or approximate ship date so I canceled. The item was in stock when I place my order 7 days prior. Won't shop with them again.

Received this survey 3 days after my…
Received this survey 3 days after my order saying it was fulfilled. No contact from company. Called and left messages with delivery but no return phone call. Call internet customer support and was finally updated that it would take 3 to 4 weeks and that the order was marked as fulfilled but not complete. Asked if there would be any notice or correspondence regarding my order and was told "We don't do that".
