I will never do business with this…
I will never do business with this place again, it took our furniture over a month to arrive, which isn’t what made me mad, what made me mad was the company didn’t try to call and schedule an appointment, we called them several times for 2 weeks and no one answered, then we called again and the front desk answered and we asked them what was going on and they told us we should get it soon and asked when we wanted it delivered we told them Wednesday any time before 4 and they told us ok that can work, we get called Wednesday morning the day of and they tell us they won’t be able to deliver until 5:30-7:00pm. We informed them we were told that we could get it delivered before 4 and they then proceeded to tell us well we can’t make that and it’s getting delivered between 5:30 and 7:00. I told them that wouldn’t work because we won’t be home so I called the store who rudely disregarded what was going on and proceeded to talk to me like I was incompetent. I then ask to speak to a manager and she informed me that she was the manager and then keeps telling me the policy and how they can’t change anything because then I’ll have to pay a 2nd shipping fee if I want to reschedule the delivery that they said would be delivered before 4. I then ask to talk to some one else she then sends me to the delivery manager who is still rude and won’t even try to help and also disregards everything I’m saying. Bottom line is DONT order from this company unless you want to be disappointed.
