Had a sectional delivered last week and the frame is crooked on one side which will not allow it to recline. At first i had a difficult time getting in touch with someone for service and then when i finally did, i am told next service appointment is not for another 3 weeks. I was hoping to have this issue fixed prior to my husband coming back in to town since i want to show him this brand new sectional. Now i have to tell him a portion of it is non functional.

Quick pick up/easy assembly
Pick up took about 10-15 minutes. Quick in my opinion. I ordered two twin bed frames and a queen frame. Each took about 30 minutes to assemble. Price was great also!

Delivery took over a month
Delivery took over a month! When ordering it did not indicate a delayed shipping or pre order. It said in stock. When i called i was initially told a week! Week came nobody notified me so i called again, and was then told 3 more weeks. Finally got delivery and all my chairs was unleveled. Kept trying to blame my floor. Only ONE chair is completely stable.

Good products but really bad customer service
One of the items I had ordered was in back order, and the person that called to reschedule my delivery allowed to pick a different item with a price difference. I was told I would be getting a refund. It’s been over a month now, I’ve email bel furniture, I’ve tried contact there accounting department, and delivery department. Can’t get a hold of them.

I love the table I bought
I love the table I bought! Great price too! My only issue was that I didn’t get a call on the day of delivery with a 3 hour window. I stayed home all day just in case they showed up. They showed up at 8:45pm, much later than I expected. The delivery men had been delayed and there was no text or call made to notify me. The delivery men were apologetic and did a good job of setting it up quickly though.

i called before i made my purchase to confirm next day pick up. the employee assured me i could pick it up the next day. so i confirmed the purchase. i called the next day, that employee was beyond rude, cut me off to say she doesn’t answer “those questions” i was just confirming my furniture was still going to be available for pick up. she hung up on me. i believe her name was “Gina” the phone cut out when she said her name but that’s what i heard. i called the cooperate number. that man told me it would take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. completely opposite from was i was told before i even made the purchase. that information would of seriously affected my decision but i’m screwed now and have to wait “1-2 weeks”. i will definitely just go with a different furniture provider next time. this has been nothing short of a hassle and im sure the day i actually can pick it up will be just as stress filled, if i have to speak with the employees at the clute location again.

Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks. They can NEVER reach their drivers. Customer service for Delivery sends each call to voicemail. After 5 it's a busy signal. They Don't notify you if the delivery has been cancelled. They have you waiting even after setting a time. My last delivery was between 2-5 they showed up at 7:30 pm on a Friday
